Maxx Bar could improve by having staff that wanted to work. We waited 20 minutes to get served, we over heard waitress that she didn't want to serve us and wouldn't. The bartender brought out the menu and served us. No one in the bar or restaurant, except a few having drinks/beers during happy hour. Never been ignored so blatantly ever before....

My family and I go to Maxxs Bar and Grill all of the time. We’ve always had a good experience, but when I called on 8/16/24 at 9:10pm to place a takeout order I was greeted with rude and disgusting customer service. I was surprised by how the lady was talking to me! I thought they still had the discontinued burger that they use to have on there menu, but instead of informing me that they don’t have that anymore and offering something else she says this, “We don’t have that! Do you even know who you’re calling?”. Then I replied, “Yes of course I do, Maxxs Bar in ham lake.” At this point she kept giving attitude and being rude my boyfriend and I just hung up the phone and got food elsewhere. Horrible customer service!

And I came up here for about a hour I was planning on getting some food when I got done with some obligations on my devices. And the bartender Approached me very rudely and told me I had to go I was Loitering by quietly minding my own business finishing some work Right .
the place was 1/3 full if that. I was planning on ordering food when done with work I probably would’ve ordered some drinks until bar close because I’m trying to avoid feeling.
I will not be surprised in the Least, if this was a direct result of my faith. I’m a well-known Christian businessman in the area. Never harmed anyone, But I have scars all over my body from Multiple people seen physical violence says they only way to gain some kind of control over me After I started establishing boundaries and Speaking up a little bit
I was just told a few weeks ago that I’m apparently perceived as a threat because of the dirt I have on the things I have seen experienced things that if I did open my mouth about to much I would probably be killed for it.
I wish I would’ve buried my head in the dirt and closed my eyes and ears a long time ago. I was better off when I didn’t know things…
This probably is no sweat off your back but I will not be returning to this establishment again and I will make sure anytime the opportunity is going to share my experience more in depth with people that I’m close to because nobody should be treated the way I was just treated for doing absolutely nothing at all. I said OK and quietly got up and left. Be safe everyone.

I ate today at this facility, and after ordering it took us a family of 3, 45 minutes to receive our order, even after watching other after us receiving there's ? I had to ask them where the order was, and the reply I got was were short handed sorry, food was cold, hash browns over cooked, egg like leather, and club was cold along with omelet ???????????
We went to watch a friend play in a band. Definitely would go back. Our server was absolutely wonderful! The pizza was delicious and didn’t take too long.

I always loved the seasoned crinkle cut cheese fries with the seasoned ranch they had years ago but their menu is still good today.

Fun place! The small back room was perfect for our chamber happy hour event. Their thin crust Garbage Pizza is one of the best I've had in a LONG time.
