Looking at these reviews it has become apparent that this company that was great at 1 time has gone downhill. I was recently at a party that they catered and it was an absolute disaster. The hostess had to order food during the party from someplace else, after spending thousands of $$ with this catering company. The service was terrible! They were late, didn't have food prepared and the staff was rude and cussing off and on.

I don’t even want to give 1-star but don’t have an option and I want to express my frustration with everyone who uses this company. Showed up late for my son’s graduation party, 1st pizza was done 45 minutes after the party started, employees were unprofessional and rude and didn’t do what I asked of them. Wanted 150 individual pizzas per the customers request and didn’t do that. Owner did not follow through with compensation and hung up on me. I will not let this go. Honestly this could happen to you too, so beware when thinking about using them for catering.

My son’s graduation party was totally ruined due to showing up 45 minutes late. The first pizza was served 45 minutes after the party started. I had to order food from a different venue 20 minutes after the party started because they were not ready. The two people who showed up were unprofessional, dirty and rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone having a party or even going to the venue. The owner has hung up on me and won’t respond to any text messages. Should not be in business.

This company is a huge disappointment. My son‘s graduation party was ruined when the servers arrived 15 minutes before the party and wasn’t able to serve a pizza till 45 minutes after the party started. We had to run out and buy food at an Italian venue close to our house as we had over 400 people at our party. They were unfriendly and very disorganized. Pasquale hung up on me and doesn’t return any text messages or phone calls very unprofessional and I would never ever do business with this company again or suggest anybody do business with this company. We had to pay $4000 upfront and I would say we were served 3/4 the pizzas requested and maybe $1000 worth of food.

Chuckwagon did the catering for my son’s wedding. The food was good but communication was awful. We tried continuously for weeks to get ahold of them before the wedding with some questions that we had but they did not respond. After the event they tried to take all of the leftovers even though we had supplied containers to keep. (Which they said you must do) They finally left a little bit but kept most of the meat. I hope they weren’t just planning to use it for the next event. In summary - good food, but terrible customer service.

Terrible... I didnt even want to give them a star. Had a 20 year work party planned with all the trimmings and they delivered only the add ons that I ordered and not the main meal. He said he forgot it and would be back in 10 minutes. HE NEVER CAME BACK.

Chuck wagon/ Vesuvio's pizza is fantastic. We stopped in for their wood fired pizza when they were doing a pop up take out in front of their store. Delicious! And super friendly people.

Excellent Brisket and potatoes! The fried potatoes are mouth watering. The vegetable medley is full of flavor. The pulled pork sandwich was nice.Next time I am going to ask Pasquale for a more spicy bbq sauce.We will stop in again to grab some fresh tasty cooking from Pasquale and his team!Please open up your restaurant again!! After searching for the perfect caterer for our wedding we chose Chuckwagon Catering and could not have been more pleased with the food. We offered a pig roast at our barn/farm wedding along with delicious sides including baked beans, skillet potatoes, mac and cheese, and grilled veggies. They were super accommodating to offer additional options for our vegetarian (they LOVED the jack fruit alternative for the pulled pork), vegan and gluten-sensitive guests. Friends and family raved about the food and we had plenty of leftovers to enjoy on our mini-moon up north after the wedding. Setup and clean up were seamless and they were able to accommodate our special requests to provide our own mismatched china, cloth napkins and water service on the tables. A+ service from the entire team at Chuckwagon. Thank you for making our day so special!

My wife and I recently had ChuckWagon cater our outdoor wedding of 130 people. Needless to say, everything was exceptional, from working with our contact, Krista, and the chef, the service at the site, to of course the food. Krista worked tirelessly in helping us get everything we wanted on time and under budget; you really can't find this quality elsewhere at such a good price! Of the few caterers we tried, ChuckWagon had the best food. Our event included smoky pulled pork from a whole hog, delicious jackfruit for vegan/vegetarians, freshly baked buns, potatoes fried onsite, baked beans, corn, coleslaw, and watermelon--the perfect combo for a beautiful summer day. This was all done seamlessly onsite, which made it very convenient for us. If you're considering caterers for your wedding, we highly recommend ChuckWagon!
