The food was okay, brisket had a good smoke ring and smokey flavor but lacked in seasoning, same with the chicken you need the barbecue sauce. Ribs were seasoned but over cooked. I enjoyed the barbecue brisket baked beans and brussel sprouts more. Service was Great!
When we arrived we thought for sure we’d have a long wait to be seated with how packed it appeared to be. We got seated instantly. The food came out so quick after ordering and was amazing. Service was great as well. Only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn’t like I had to order a side at an extra cost. Thought it should be included with the meal. But I would still for sure go back.
Some of the best BBQ I've had ever and certainly one of the best in Minnesota. Well worth the drive from the cities or a must stop in the Hanover area. Beautiful building and seating. Huge outdoor area with covered seating as well as a stage for live music. Make sure to walk over and check out the giant smokers they use.
