The dining experience was amazing. The service was excellent and the staff extremely friendly. Met Brianna she was very kind to us.
My husband and I moved to Hastings a little over a year ago and around that time we went here several times with awful service, and food, so we stopped going. About 6 months or so later we tried again and it’s definitely better. Tonight there were several mistakes with my to go order and Theresa the manager went above and beyond to make things right. I can tell big improvements have been made and I wanted to acknowledge that and let management know that it’s noticed and appreciated.

I ate at Applebees yesterday in Hastings and let me tell you, it was phenomenal! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, food was fresh and served quickly, I was so happy! Ashlee (two E’s) was our server and she was phenomenal! Brie the general manager was extremely attentive and so kind! I was blown away by the experience and can’t wait to go back again! Best Applebees I’ve ever been to hands down!
