I ordered the SpongeBob meal because I thought it would be fun for my kid. Didn't come with toy because they were out. They were out of boxes. They didn't even have the specific bun it's supposed to come on. Literally just an expensive whopper meal. False advertising.

Just got home with our order. Both kids meals were missing the apple juice. One of the fries in the kids meals and one in the adults meals were half onion rings. I'm glad we decided to eat at home instead of the park, so they could have something to drink, but they were disappointed not to have the regular apple juice. I'm willing to pay the increased prices of fast food, but a little more attention to detail would be appreciated, too.

Food was awful, service was worse. Didnt get my drink, fries were so salty I could not eat them. Guy behind counter was a jerk. Is it wise to treat customers like they are stupid? And charge for drinks that were not recieved? This BK SUCKS!

Giving a 5 star because Alexis is an absolute sweetheart Jennifer on the other hand is a mean prune that doesn't need to be working there rude attitude and rude body language towards customers and her staff keep being you Alexis no matter how much Jennifer trys to change you !

we used to stop here a lot, then snice the early spring of 2025 the service has changed. Not once but twice we look at HASTING'S web site before we drive up to order. their prices are not close. Sunday we wanted a small treat on way home. The Hastings web site showed $1.00 for soft ice cream in a cup. we ordered and it was $2.00 a cup. not wanting to cheat the grandkids we paid twice the web site price. It was the meal prices a month before that. DONE with Hasting's BK.
