Carbone's Pizzeria - Hastings

I moved here in February of 2023. We were just looking to order Carbone's Pizza's Antipasto Salad, Italian fries, and Red Marinara Dipping Sauce and we're so bummed out tonight to find that Carbone's Pizza is temporarily closed! My daughter and I just recently discovered that you offer this combo as well as Carbone's renowned pizza. No one else in the Hastings, MN area provides authentic Italian Antipasto Salads. No one. Carbone's has the AP Salads and Italian Fries down to a science! It's the best we've ever tasted! Yes, we love their Pizzas too! They are located only a couple of blocks from us. I Googled searched Antipasto Salads near us and since you're temporarily closed, we now have to go drive very far to find another Carbone's Pizza that offers that makes them. Please stay in Hastings, MN. You're a secret treasure we're just discovering! P.S. We ended up making it ourselves. It was very good, but not quite the same. We're very much looking forward to a grand reopening right here in Hastings, Minnesota!

The first time ever rating below 15 stars. They were busy; 1 server is not enough. The young man handling online and call orders could have stepped in and helped.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's play table with cars, trucks, etc , books, and coloring books.

We have ate here a few times and the food is always excellent. The seating area is limited but we have never had a problem getting a table. The staff is always friendly and prices are very reasonable.

Carbone's Pizzeria was not busy for lunch. We were able to put our order in. The waitress was excellent in taking our order. Our individual pizzas came out piping hot and delicious. We shall come back when we are in the area.

Vegetarian options: I'm sure you can change your options on the menu to make it a vegetarian item.

I hadn’t eaten here in quite a while. We are sick of spiral cheaping out on toppings so decided to order Carbones. Man was it ever good! Loaded with cheese and toppings, fast delivery. A+

Went in to order for take out. Had my dog in the car so I went and waited for my food out in my car. She brought my food out to me which was very sweet. Food was amazing! I would love to eat here also. The dining area is very well done and cozy.

Never in my life was told to seat myself for one for two we weren’t even greeted I had to ask after standing there to be told to seat myself. Then after sitting we were never brought menus or asked what we wanted to drink. Sitting for over ten minutes and no staff to ask us anything or greet us super unacceptable. Then to watch someone tell someone else they have a table and they sat after us but were asked about drinks weird. Guess im not understanding there logic to how they treat customers.Good luck to everyone who wants eat at a place who doesn’t care about their customers. Horrible experience for being our first time.

This location has amazing pizza! We had cheese pizza and extra sauce. We also ordered the cheese bread. This location also offers gluten free pizza. For the meat lover try the sausage pizza. The service was professional and Jen went out of her way to make the experience a five star. Looking for great pizza stop here without a doubt.
