I have ordered from this restaurant since we moved to Hastings at the beginning of 2021. Ultimately the BEST Carbone's food I've ever had being a lifelong fan in multiple cities. TODAY I wrote that it was my wife's birthday and THEY SENT A CARD AND TOY WITH HER ORDER. Day made. I would have kept coming back either way, but holy moly companies just do don't thing like this anymore. THANKS CARBONE'S CREW!!!

When I called to confirm a mistake on delivery time, the girl who answered was very polite and informative. When the food arrived. Well. My sandwich had definitely been sitting under the heat lamp, (FOR A WHILE) waiting for the pizza. Also, the price for a French dip sandwich, with an ignored request for extra jus, which turned out to be only a 6 inch sub, made me wish i had gone to subway for a full foot of fresh ingredients at a lesser price. And $6.50 for a side of fries? Damn. Ok. Also, salt and pepper your damned Cole slaw. ?♀️

This Carbones keeps burning their pizzas.I specifically asked them to take my pizza out if the oven sooner.When I picked it up it was burnt again.I probably won't be back.

Second bad experience I've had here. Ordered at 5:30 pm, food wasn't delivered until 7:06pm. We had to call to be told they had a "rush" and were told our food hadn't even left the building. Right after we got off the phone our food showed up. We were promised it would be hot when it came. It was not, all the food was Luke warm, food chewy, food soggy. cheesey bread looks like it only the cheese was cooked. $63 for this. On top of that the girl that took the order was rude and had an attitude.
