I spent 25 minutes in the line to order and watched multiple cars leave, frustrated in the amount of time it was taking to get through the line. Once at the window I received part of my order, waited another 5-8 minutes, received more of my order and then after another 5 minutes of sitting there eventually just drove away without having my order completed, having spent almost 35 minutes total here. The hash browns I ordered were burnt and not good. Not a pleasant experience but it seemed pretty obvious while observing inside that the staff was way understaffed and overwhelmed.

my friend and i waited a very long after first struggling to get the drive thru lady to even understand us at all (many repeats.) the whole situation was weird and difficult. they messed up both of our drinks, and then when i told them my drink was messed up the lady snapped at me and tried to gaslight me that i ordered something different. very unsatisfactory

Owner is a legit thief. Stay away. Ordered food here several months ago on the app. Went to pick it up. Sandwich machine was down. Asked for a refund. Was by the owner, the app wasn't owned by the him, the franchisee, and that we needed to call support on the app. So we did. We call support and they tell us to go through the owner.We call back, show up several times over months for our $40 refund. (Not that we need the money, more of a principality at this point). The owner, in short, told us to go fuck our selves and said to call the cops if we wanted the $40 back.Go elsewhere. This isn't how anyone should do business. We will be posting this review in every Hastings forum possible. Hastings is a small community, and we don't like con artists.

I'm from NYC. I don't care what anyway else things or says about this place but great staff (super busy), great coffee, and great donuts! I enjoyed my experience stopping by for routine breakfast for the family, so I would support DD to keep it in Hastings.

I love Dunkin. I order an iced coffee, light and sweet, with an everything bagel, sausage and egg sandwich (no, no cheese please).Hastings employees don't know what light and sweet means. They have asked. I had to explain that is how I always order it. At other Dad's they automatically add the right amount of sugar and cream. They then ask me how much that is. How do I know?? I have no frame of reference for that size drink. So we had to experiment.I have had to order my sandwich 3 times for them to get it right. The employee was getting annoyed but if you work in customer service, you need to be able to to meet people's expectations.

Only way to get an actual HOT decaf coffee is to either order a latte of some sort or as an Americano. Food is hit or miss if it's anything other than donuts and definitely not worth what they charge. The refreshers seem good and have heard no complaints from the family about them. Service is more miss than hit if going inside the store. I understand this, however, as it's hard to keep staffing up, especially in the food service industry, over the last several years.

Worst Dunkin in MN definitely not worth your money or time. Rude employees and talked in circles when I asked a question they didn't like. Go to Dunn brothers down the street they're way better.
