Green Mill Restaurant & Bar

Pizza was great! Not a whole lot of people there. Waitress seemed like she really didn't want to be there or that she didn't want anyone there for that matter. Nice enough though.

Love this place . Drinks are great food is great . Sad they are closing . I recommend any of their food items . My favorite is a their pizzas.

Fabulous!!! The waitress was fantastic! We sat on the patio because we had our dog with(ps she is a Staffordshire terrior) she brought our dog water and was very friendly to her. Food wD fantastic as always(we eat there quite a bit) highly recommend!!!!

We went to Easter brunch today at the Green Mill in Hastings. We really enjoyed it. There was such a wide variety things to eat, and everything tasted very good. The staff was exceptional, especially our server who had a nice smile and seemed to genuinely want us to enjoy our meal there. We may go back every Easter for sure.

Stopped in to try the fish. Wasn't expecting much from a pizza place. My cod was as expected and came out super hot. My spouse had the walleye, and despite the presentation missing completely, she said it was delicious! Hats off, Green Mill. Well done!

Catered for our wedding rehearsal dinner at our venue and they almost got the location incorrect. They put us down dining at Green Mill when I asked for delivery, set up, and set down at the venue. Regarding the food, it was bland and warm. Rating a 2 star, because we appreciate the service.

We were there for lunch and ordered the cheese curds as an appetizer and a medium deep dish pizza. The cheese curds were perfect; hot, stringy, and delicious. The marinara paired perfectly with them. The pizza was very tasty and filled our craving, but the center of the pizza was hardly warm. The outside edge was as expected and was hot and slightly crispy. The server was OK, but not great. It almost felt like we were imposing on her day, but she was there when we wanted her. Overall, we will try the restaurant again because it's still some of the best deep dish pizza we can get.

Parking: The number of spots seems quite low for the nuber of seats in the restaurant.

Went there to celebrate our 30th anniversary, went to the Buffett on Sunday March 5th, the attitude of the waitress was. I really don’t want to be here, the French toast was cold on the buffet, the sausage was so over cooked that you had to cut it with a knife, still was not edible, $3.50 for a coke ?, lastly the front register person was “not trained to run my debit card “ between the unfriendly servers and the bad food , my money will not be wasted there again ☹️☹️

You wont deliver a pizza to me because it's to cold? Ain't that why we Have delivery? We dont wanna go out. Pretty stupid. Thursday Night Football and No Delivery.. Domino's had no problem delivering our six pizzas for the football party.

I ordered boneless wings. Spent 53 dollars on orders and got bone in wings. My kids won’t eat them. Asked for different wings the manager was so rude to me. Would not budge said it’s my fault. I have spent thousands there since we live close and had my grooms dinner cater from here too. Then give the food to my daughert and she finds nasty hair on the food. will never come back

They do catering and their staff was extremely helpful and efficient! We had a wedding snafu where our original bar service fell through due to unexpected circumstances. Green Mill stepped in and quickly arranged their bar service for our event without any fuss. Would recommend!

The restaurant was clean. The service was good. The food was something else all together. I ordered a roast beef sandwich. I got a small portion of meat on wheat toast with microscopic veggies. Very disappointing. It tasted like Swiss on wheat toast. The meal my wife got was disappointing as well. My son ordered a deep dish pizza and it was good. That being said I had 3 beers and cheese curds and my total was over 100$. We will not be going back again.

We hosted a large party of close to 40 people here. The entire staff was fantastic to work with. The Catering Coordinator Karen made all the initial planning seamless and easy. She was able to reserve us their private room in the restaurant and get the order placed off their catering menu to do a buffet for our group. Come the day of the event, our server and the entire staff was fantastic and we couldn't have had better service. The food was delicious (we chose the BBQ buffet off the Green Mill catering menu) and everyone in our group was more than happy. I highly recommend using this restaurant for any large parties you may be looking to host!
