We celebrated my Mom’s birthday here and had a great experience! Our server was amazing. She was super friendly, attentive, and quick. She also offered advice on the menu. The Mac and Cheese was delicious and so was the fried walleye. The host was also excellent. Seating is important to my mom and he let us choose the perfect table. I am so glad we found this restaurant while we were in town.

The atmosphere was amazing. The service was so so and the food was almost to the point of inedible, at least for the French dip that was nothing but fat and the flatbread, which had some kind of cheese on there that made the whole thing seem mushy.

If you're looking for great food with an even better view, Hastings Public House is the place to be! Their menu is fun and eclectic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and it’s a perfect spot for families. The Sunday brunch is truly one of the best around, and the patio and veranda seating make it the perfect place to relax. Their event space is absolutely beautiful—and yes, they cater too! Highly recommend checking them out!

Easter Buffet brunch was so good: highlights were prime rib, walnut salad and green beens Service was top notch so very sweet and helpful. The only improvement is the dessert selection, a pie would have been nice, chocolate covered messy wasn’t as appealing. Overall a fantastic experience. Thank you!
