The husband and wife that manages the store have there kids here yelling dad They were swearing at there employees Evey time I come here they are rude It seems like the food is old and been sitting for hours Worst experience every time So I am now done coming here to this kfc Please get some better to run the kfc

Staff was rude multiple times. Barked at me through the drive thru, was impatient and frustrated with me not immediately knowing what I wanted. Last time I visited a KFC was over 10 years ago. Ordered me to park and wait for food, then ran up and hit my window with it because I was turned talking to my wife and not immediately ready with hands out the window. Food was not fresh. Biscuits were dry and old, chicken was greasy and had obviously been under a heat lamp for a while. Definitely better places to spend my money.

Went in there a few times and each one it was bad! Manager Steve is HORRIBLE. His wife also works there and they treat their employees like crap. I once saw a lady walk in and ask for her sons check and the managers wife yelled at her. The lady explained that they were with holding checks and it was illegal. That they had asked for automatic deposits which were never done either. The managers wife rolled her eyes and walked away. About 20 minutes later she came back with the check. I was dumping my tray and heard her using extremely vulgar language against the mom. Another time I went in and heard the manager Steve yelling at his younger staff and then making a comment ( i think he thought I couldn't hear) certain employees needing to learn the language or leave the country. My food was also subpar I was on both occasions missing something. Asking for my entire order seemed like a inconvenience to them. Another time I didn't get butter or sauce and the cashier told me to deal with it when I asked again I was swore at by a cashier with pink hair once. I would not recommend this place at all.

I ate KFC yesterday in Hastings and was not real impressed with the meal. Two meals with two-piece chicken in each, mashed potatos and two small coleslaws on the side. Well, the chicken was fine, but it surely didn't seem like a $27 plus meal ($14 ea.)! Plus, what is with the gravy? The gravy was white with no flavor, it was as if it was flour and water? Did they skip the chicken broth in it or is this a new gravy? I feel like they've gone down hill in the past month

I dont even know what to say about this place. Had issues the first time I went in with quality of food as well as missing items. Manager called and offered to make it right. When I walked in and spoke to him in person, he was rude and even a little insulting. Food is normal kfc chicken and not exactly worth the price. The gas station 2 blocks down has better chicken if your in the area craving fried chicken. If im really craving that kfc taste, I'll drive to a different one just because of the manager.
