I ate KFC yesterday in Hastings and was not real impressed with the meal. Two meals with two-piece chicken in each, mashed potatos and two small coleslaws on the side. Well, the chicken was fine, but it surely didn't seem like a $27 plus meal ($14 ea.)! Plus, what is with the gravy? The gravy was white with no flavor, it was as if it was flour and water? Did they skip the chicken broth in it or is this a new gravy? I feel like they've gone down hill in the past month

The younger workers in the back were NOT the problem. A manager was there in the back not in uniform barefoot with sandals most definitely working the register and the line- also licking his fingers without washing his hands. An employee was on his break with his feet on the chairs next to us. My boyfriend went up to get extra sauce for his sandwich that barely had any and the manager said you should ask for it next time. My boyfriend replied with the spicy chicken looks like it has much more sauce in the picture and then the manager replied with fast food pictures are always doctored. He then tried to do some damage control and grab our trays from us and ask how everything was. Bathrooms were also incredibly dirty. I’m in the food industry and I can make excuses for a lot of things but this experience was most definitely not one of those times. The food wasn’t good either. We were there Sunday 10.13.24 around 7 pm. The ketchup packets tasted in date though so that’s a plus.

My experience was throw up in my mouth nasty. I ordered a 3 piece dark chicken meal and my chicken was rubbery and missing half of the breading and it was slimy. I am a diabetic and they don’t have any sugar free tea, only 2 sweet teas. They only have 1 zero sugar pop.

There chicken tastes nasty. Their gravy is like water and bland. There mashed potatoes aren’t even mashed potatoes I swear. They legit wouldn’t fall off my spoon. And has clumps in it. They charged me wayyyyy more than they should have for the price listed on the drive thru I paid $20 more than I should have. Called and complained they did absolutely nothing about it. I was so excited for this place to come. Wasn’t even worth it in my opinion

Worst dryed out chicken I've ever had. They gave me extra dried our Crispy instead of original recipie like i ordered. I asked for an 8 PC and got 2 breast's, 4 wings ,and 2 legs. Where were my thighs? I would give them a 0 star rating if I could. And the killer was I paid 22.00 for that. Avoid this KFC if you can. You've been fair warned!

I ordered an 8 PC bucket of original recipie and it was 4 legs 2 breast's and 2 wings. The breast's were extra Crispy and totally dried out from sitting to long I don't know what the legs were. But totally dried also. The wings were extra Crispy. I ordered original recipe. Not extra burnt to a crisp, and what happened to the thighs? I didn't get any. This is the worst kfc I have ever had. And I had to pay 22.00 for that. Avoid this place! Go to the other chicken places on hwy 61. I would give Kfc a 0 star rating if I could.
