We absolutely love coming here usually, today our service was beyond subpar. We were passed and ignored at our table multiple times, when I asked for a milkshake to go, I got the WORST glare from our server, Samantha. While trying to pay with cash, we got passed many times and were not able to pay her the amount we wanted to. We sat there for 10 minutes trying to pay our tab... with cash sitting out that needed change... (it was a $100 bill. So it was pretty obvious we needed change for a $50 tab)
I understand it can get busy, but customer service should always come first.

The menu has so many burger options it's not easy to make a decision! But when you do, you won't be disappointed. So good!!

Had the cheese curds and they were also delicious. Homemade ranch or close to homemade.

Great food, but extremely small restaurant and due to this fact, doesn't have the space available for the demand. Expect wait times after 4:30 to be 30 minutes or greater. If it's in the winter good luck finding a place to sit inside while you wait.

Place a must go! 100 different Burgers! Take the drive, make the stop! The place is small but very detailed with decor. Large parking lot! Tasty burgers. Make sure you are aware of waiting times.

Great burgers, we'll worth waiting 30 minutes for a table! Good drink selection and the overwhelming amount of choices for burgers. It was hard to pick which one. I had the fastball, excellent flavor! Definitely recommend, and I'll be making the hour trip back up there several more times.

Our waitress was amazing, the food was delicious. My son ordered a pepperoni pizza which came out a while after the other food arrived but the waitress brought out some fries for him at no additional cost so he could still eat something while the rest of us were eating. The Rook was delicious, the burgers are a good size, the bloody was good and for the price you can't beat it! We will be coming back for sure!
