Las Margaritas Mexican Restaurant of Hastings

We love our local Las Margaritas and eat there frequently. The interior decor is colorful and fun, the food is always consistent and good, the staff is amazing and super hard working, and the bevs are great. They even have a margarita as big as your head. The Birra items on the menu are mind-blowing deliciousness. Don't forget the fried icecream! What's not to love about Las Margaritas Mexican Restaurant? 🥰

Went as a group of 12 for margaritas and appetizers. Food was not very good or flavorful. It was not busy but servers were huffing and sweating as though it was. We told our server we had to leave soon and would like our tabs. He disappeared and after 15 minutes we had to have someone go get him and stand by the server station and tell him what we had ordered because he hadn't done the tabs yet. Took almost another 15 minutes to get out of there. Nice looking place, but food and service were not the best.

Had soggy tostadas that they replaced at our request. Overall not great flavors. Beef strips in my chimichunga was diced small and not in strips like the menu description. Kind of weird to be honest. Service was marginal at best. Probably won't be returning anytime soon.

I went for dinner on a weeknight. It was busy but not terrible. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately my service wasn't very good. My server disappeared for long periods of time.

Great food and service. But their Margarita, once the best anywhere, are now not much better than an expensive flavored mix.

Worst enchiladas I’ve ever eaten. 0% flavor. Not even salt and pepper. I think they made this for the oldest, whitest person ever. Didn’t even have hot sauce available.
Also the chips were stale.

Came in for lunch. They took forever (20+ min) to get me my food, even though it wasn't busy and they ended up bringing me the wrong food. Took another 10+mins for replacement food.

We hadn't been there in a few years and we enjoyed it very much
But this time it was not the same
We didn't get what we ordered and when I said something she explained it away so we decided we would eat it anyways... it was not hot. It was room temperature and the table was sticky from whoever was there before. Then when my husband went to wash his hands there was no soap in the bathroom. This was at the beginning of rush hour so it was not busy. It was getting busy as we left but we will not be going back there anymore.
