I ordered food to dine in and waited 35 mins for my food which half of it was missing, and the macchiato machine was apparently being cleaned during dinner rush. First, My drinks two larges were missing which I didn't realize until after I finished my food, and my 2 mcflurrys were missing too which I had to ask for them and didn't get my extra oreo in one, Also I got one of my happy meals which only had fries in it no burger and no apple slices.
First and last time going to that mcdonalds.

Everything is so expensive no matter where you go. My food is sometimes warm, mostly cold, especially the fries. I used to love McDonald's fries. I stopped going because it cost too much and depending on what time the staff are going high school kids who seem to not like their job.

I placed a mobile order at 1045 for pickup. I arrived to the store at 1100 and the store refused to honor the order. The app should not allow orders for pickup if the restaurant isn’t going to honor the order. The store could have easily made the order since it was made 15 minutes prior. Completely unprofessional and not taking care of the customer.

This is an updated review unfortunately this is only McDonald’s close to me-The management staff, It’s just Unbelievable -You have people picking their nose, literally and handing you food and then when you get upset about it, the general manager comes to you real reckless and says you can go somewhere else if you don’t likeit -

Crappy food and staff …no silverware no syrup no napkins and hair in our food for the second time! the manager just says “have a blessed day” and hangs up on me!.

30 minutes to get food🤣 funny how ever since they paid employees 15 dollars an hour they can't find workers, and the ones they do can't work. everytime you get food fries have been reheated atleast 3 times. mcdonalds needs to close their doors.

Forgot my chicken nuggets. Glad I threw my money away and only got fries for dinner. This happens all to often here. I suppose I could of drove back across town and stood in line again for what I payed for but hardly worth it. Guess its burger king next time

I only go to this location out of convenience because I live nearby. I’d say on average 4 out of 5 times they get my order wrong, either entered wrong by the cashier or messed up by a cook. Beyond irritating.

What a dump. Rude people. Didn’t even get my food I paid for. I had to leave before they were done making it. Who has 30 minutes to wait for McDonald’s. Don’t go there unless you have at minimum a half hour to wait for your food. If you can find somebody that will take your order. What a joke.
