The workers act like they don’t want to be here and not helpful at all. They messed up my mom’s orders two days in a row and mine. The cashier was telling my mom how tired and out of it she was!!! They wouldn’t exchange my daughter’s toy so she could get one that she could use with her Barbie’s. We asked how much they were and a girl with piercings and tattoos said I don’t I guess I’ll ask. My mom said she wouldn’t go here at all if it wasn’t for Barb in the morning!!!

I couldn't believe it in the drive-thru some crazy hair started yelling at a little girl for taking cuts when I don't even think she realized that she accidentally went in front of him but he wanted to brawl with her I guess it's not the nicest area. to top it off it said he was a firefighter on his plates What a man.

The McDonald’s in Hastings, MN has been a reliable spot for our family over the years. The service is usually quick and friendly, and the staff keeps the place fairly clean, even when it’s busy.
Our orders are accurate, and the food is consistently fresh for a fast food place. It’s a convenient option for a quick bite, whether we’re grabbing breakfast on the go or stopping in for lunch with the kids.
Overall, it’s a solid location that does a good job. We appreciate the consistency and will continue to stop by when we’re in the area.

Here we go. Mix up at the drive thru. Today i was shorted my medium fries. Two weeks ago I only got a small fries instead of a medium fries. And, of course nobody answering the phone lines OR giving customers a voice mail option on their phone system. I'm going to start rethinking my choice or where I get my weekend lunch.

Very slow. Workers were rude and just talking loudly amongst themselves while slowly doing things and nobody checks the front counter.
I ordered food to dine in and waited 35 mins for my food which half of it was missing, and the macchiato machine was apparently being cleaned during dinner rush. First, My drinks two larges were missing which I didn't realize until after I finished my food, and my 2 mcflurrys were missing too which I had to ask for them and didn't get my extra oreo in one, Also I got one of my happy meals which only had fries in it no burger and no apple slices.
First and last time going to that mcdonalds.

Everything is so expensive no matter where you go. My food is sometimes warm, mostly cold, especially the fries. I used to love McDonald's fries. I stopped going because it cost too much and depending on what time the staff are going high school kids who seem to not like their job.
