Manager Sydney was terrible, I went there 2 days ago to get food and they had messed up my order. I ordered a plain cheeseburger with NO KETCHUP as I have a ketchup allergy and cant eat it. When I got my burger it was LOADED with kethcup. I asked the employee if they could remake it. They then went and got the manager "Sydney" and they said I should have told them. I asked them to find the slip for my food to review it and THEY LOST IT! Never coming back, such rude and terrible staff. ?

Screwed up my order , then the manager had the audacity to tell me I was holding up “her line “ when I asked them to fix it . She was rude . I guess that’s what happens when you hire a child as a manager . Sydney has a lot of work to do. Won’t be going back ,

Normally I'm not one to leave reviews but I just ordered a 1/4lbs burger and took one bite, looked at my burger, and noticed it was barely cooked and very pink yet. Like, you cannot be serving customers food in this state. This McDonald's has definitively gotten worse

This place is absolutely terrible! ONLY RESTAURANT I've come across that REFUSES to give dashers ANYTHING, employees CANT READ MODIFICATIONS (I have a dairy sensitivity/allergy that makes me sick if I consume dairy), and NO ONE TALKED TO US until our order was DONE.NEVER COMING BACK! ?

Had to pick up a DoorDash order AFTER I had already placed a personal order, Manager Juan immediately threatened me with banning my account and refused to give me my DoorDash because of “policy” I called DoorDash support and she said when she called McDonald in Hastings she was hung up on after she had announced she was from DoorDash. Horrible service from him. He needs to either be demoted or have a serious conversation with management. Their lobby was closed and the only way to get this order was to go through the drive through. I’ve never had this problem else where.
