I wanted to order after a long week and weekend of work.. it's just me .. single and also do t want to drive because that's part of my job driving .. and so I ordered a box for 14.99 came up to 22 something after taxes plus tip it was going to come up to 30$ as pizza hutis 5 minutes away. . But my order was denied because my order didn't exceed the amount to be delivered which had to be 15$ or more .. like dude .... I'm so hangry right now... I think this will honestly very last time eating Hastings pizza hut and order corbonze as my neighbor keeps telling I should order from anyway .

We went around 2pm and nobody was there except people picking up orders. I was disappointed there wasn't a buffet but we sat down to dine in. There was only one employee working front of house and he didn't seem super friendly at first, but we were happy with the service in the end. I forgot how much better the pizza is when you have it so fresh!

It's consistent, they don't skimp on ingredient
They will pull your card and not deliver. Causes problems. They will claim that it's for carryout after I paid for a 25% delivery fee. It's time for me to never order there again.

Amazing customer service with friendly staff. The delivery driver made a mistake but was so quick willing to make it right and was verry apologetic and nice I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a raise ! She went above and beyond to make things perfect ! Who ever was the delivery driver on 8-23-24 thank you! ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service ! And the food was great!

Placed an order, paid, drove all the way there to learn that even though my app says the food is ready, the lights are off and the door is locked. No answer on the phones but can see people inside. Just want my money back at this point!

I made a mistake in my order and didn't know until I went to pick up. The man working immediately offered to help me fix it. Even though it was my fault, he didn't make me feel like an idiot and just resolved the issue. Great customer service!

Was in Hastings for a short bit of time. Wife and I noticed that there was a Pizza Hut Classic which is rare in this day. Decided to have lunch there for nostalgia. Showed up and the place was empty, even at noon on a Saturday. One guy was there looking at his phone. Got up and asked if we had an order for pick up. We said no and he was silent and then I said that we were there to dine in and then in an angry/rude tone said “then sit down” - even though there was a sign that says “please wait to be seated” upon entering the restaurant. It immediately became awkward and uncomfortable as we sat down and he slapped two menus in front of my wife and I and walked away without saying a word.
Decided we no longer wanted to be there and left while he was away. Definitely a far cry from the warm memories of dining in at a Pizza Hut

My family of 5 walked in and waited to be seated for over 5 minutes. I walked to the register to try to get the attention of the workers and was never acknowledged. We turned around and walked out the door.
