Embark on a thrilling adventure to uncover the timeless charm of Pizza Hut Classics!My journey brought me to Hastings, just a stone's throw from Minneapolis. The building itself proudly displays a plaque honoring the rich history and significance of the Classic experience.Upon entering the restaurant I was floored by the retro decor and flooded with nostalgia and memories of my childhood. I was greeted by a very friendly employee Samuel, who told me to have a seat anywhere and he would take my order even though they typically do counter service. The menu itself was printed to have a retro feel and included some classic options that aren’t offered at most standard locations.I ordered a deep dish pizza and breadsticks were offered free with dine in purchases so of course I could not say no! The breadsticks were perfect and tasted exactly like they did in 1986! The pizza was good but could’ve spent a little more time in the oven as it was doughy in the middle and the cheese wasn’t entirely melted. I didn’t mind as I was planning on taking it home to toss in the oven for dinner that night anyway.I decided to bring my Land Before Time Pizza Hut branded dinosaurs that I acquired as kiddo in the 80’s with me for a photo shoot. Samuel was so nice and made me feel perfectly normal for dining alone with a herd of rubber dinosaur puppets.Overall my experience was great! The service and atmosphere were top notch! The food was good but that deep dish could’ve used some extra time in the oven.I highly recommend checking out this location if you want to take a pizza trip back in time!Parking: Lots of ample room to park!

1: why the hell is the marinara sauce ALWAYS cold? It's always burnt and I love they advertise free bread sticks with dine in, when dine in is hardly ever an option.

The management there is not good at all coustmer service is horrible. Something happened with there online system mistakes can happen but when a coustmer calls says they got the wrong food put I 2 1 topping pizzas 1 pepperoni 1 sausage got 2 cheese pizzas, & no cookie call get told no you put in 2 cheese pizzas. Tells couster what they did instead of saying sorry about that we will credit you 2 1 topping pizzas & a cookie or do you want us to send that out to you now. Wow that's coustmer service that manager must not like there job. Not hard keep coustmer happy. Never will see a dime of my money ever again.

Sad, this place in past years was my favorite pizza joint. Since covid, it hasn't been able to recover. Understaffed, so no dine-in. The pizza isn't nearly as good as it used to be. Cheesy bread was ok.
Definitely not customer service oriented. Stopped in to order a to go pizza and the person at the counter was rather rude, when we asked for a drink the lady actually said " which one or do you want me pick one at random"So, after hearing her say that the machine asked for a tip with my payment, and I selected no. Shortly after, I heard her telling another employee that "I'll take care of it because they didn't tip"Will not return. Pizza Hut restaurant's are hard to find...one would think they would treat customers a little better than this.

If i could go less than a star I would. I ordered boneless chicken wings and they were raw. This should have never left the store. Raw chicken, just be careful ........

I stopped in to get a pizza on 9-27-23,really enjoyed the Pizza Hut atmosphere, pizza was awesome, and the Young Man that waited on me was very polite, I can't remember when a person in a restaurant made me feel that good, he made me realize America is still here,so thank you for making my day a lot brighter,I highly recommend stopping by.
