I never leave reviews… but I had to this time. I just ordered online for pickup and when I got home I realized that was a horrible mistake.
Hands down the worst quality-made subway sandwich I’ve ever gotten. My sandwich wasn’t even cut in half aside from the top half of the bun (no big deal), the bread was dry and stale, the American cheese was piled in the center, almost zero lettuce, meat was falling off, and there’s no chance they put the extra mayo I requested on the sandwich. I literally had to rebuild the whole thing. To spend $25 on 2 basic subway sandwiches and a cookie **that I didn’t get**, is blasphemy when it’s done this poorly. That is including the 15% tip I gave in advance of picking up the order hoping they might make sure the order was done well. The second sandwich hasn’t been opened yet but I can only imagine it will be worse since mine was a simple cold cut…

Best sandwich artist in the Country working here! I had the best sub made as per my request. The young man did an amazing job. This coming from a past sandwich artist for five years. Big kudos and thanks to the staff! My favorite Subway now!

I like this Subway better then the one at Walmart, they put more toppings on the sandwiches, the Walmart one is super skimpy with toppings, even when you ask for extra, they barely put more on. The Vermillion St Subway for the win in this town.

Made an online order. Never again. Requested toasted, wasn't toasted. Asked for Italian herb and cheese. Got white. Never again will I eat at this subway. Surprised this place is still in business. To top it all off the parking lot is miserable.

Went in with a coupon for 3 sandwiches, I was told chicken bacon ranch had a surcharge and charged me an extra 2 bucks for the bacon. Since I just bought the exact same sandwich a month ago I was a bit put off their response was that the menu changed and it's only offered as an elite sandwich which I guess is code for more expe sive. Same sandwich higher price because it was renamed.
