Drove 30 mins there placed a order in the app and arive to be told there are out of what I ordered and need to call for a refund no offer for exchange of items nothing what a waste of my time and gas plus taken money out of my pocket

Did a drive though order and the speaker was so rude, and my hard shell tacos were crumbs. This location is usually awesome and I come regularly. I am blown away at how rude the speaker was. They will be losing my business for sure

They forgot items from my order the last 2 times I went and the second time I went the steaks dippers thing was half the size from when I first got it kida disappointed

I'm not sure what my burrito did to these guys but it won't do that again. It looks like someone tried to roll it up with their a$$ cheeks. Wow.

Came to the store Dec 23rd to buy 2 - $25 gift cards was told they where all out and if I wanted them I would have to drive to Cottage Grove to get them....So question is how do you run out on a Holiday week knowing it was going to be busy. Thought the store would have been a little more prepared besides the counter staff being rude. Poor customer service .

35 minutes waiting behind the car at the window. Ordered 2 items, once at the window, another 20 minutes, manger working the window.

Service is crap. Rude little punk ass kids. Sat and waited 15 minutes for my dine in order. Seen people who came in after me get there food so I went upand asked about it. Kid looks at his computer and just says, "I see it I'll make it." And that was it. No apology or anything.

Good thing we checked our take-out order before we left as an item was missing. On top of it, when we pointed it out they questioned us if we looked. They did provide the missing item but because it was take-out everything ended up being warm at best.
