Rude as hell, they burnt my food didn’t even wrap it, and had grease and slime stuff all over it? Cook told me she would cook it after every other order because she don’t have time. Worst taco bell i’ve ever come across customers pay you not you pay them.

Very inconsistent. Order the same thing Just about every time I visit always make different half the time I'm missing ingredients. Most definitely need a lot more training for their cooks to make a consistent

Me and two of my friends went at 12:40 am when it closed at 1 am on wednesday the 22nd. we pulled up and waited a couple minutes to even hear anything from anyone in the drive thru. when she finally came over the speaker this older woman it sounded like said "what do you want we only have beans". first of all, that's ridiculous for taco bell to only have beans. second of all the customer service is disgusting! we argued back and forth and she continued to be rude and told us to leave and never come back. extremely disappointed.

As a Vegetarian, Taco Bell is always there for me with options while on the road. Tonight at 8pm, I was served the freshest Black Bean Gordita Crunch I've ever had. The food was so good, fresh and quick. The man running the window was also very friendly. 10/10, great job ?

The guy working in the window was so incredibly rude. I was going to look on the receipt for a corporate servey but he didn't give me a receipt. I'm guessing he gets bad reviews a lot.I ordered my drink with no ice, He handed it to me with ice and I simply said I ask for no ice in my drink. He just kind of shrugged his shoulders and said okay. Then I noticed there was brown soda on the bottom on the outside of my cup and I asked him for a napkin he said there's some in the bag and when I told him there was something on the bottom of my cup and I needed a napkin, he said I don't see anything. I just kind of waited to see if he would actually get me a napkin. He didn't he waited a few minutes. And then said, have a nice day and gestured for me to leave.On top of all of that I also asked For no tomatoes on anything, Everything Ended up having tomatoes on it. And the lettuce On one of my chulupas was brown.Dietary restrictions: No tomatoes
Garbage, all the time. People here don't care, rude and the wait is ridiculous compared to other stores. Tonight was it for me, 2 steak chalupas and I get 3 pieces of steak on each one and a little bit of lettuce and almost no cheese. Top that with rock hard shells and literally 1 chunk of tomatoe and there is your over priced 3 bites of unsatisfactory food. I'm done with this location, if I decide to return I'll make my way to cottage grove
