Yes, like all mcdonald's there has been mistakes but they ALWAYS make it right here. The manager Kristi has gone above and beyond, even for little things like when they didn't have my coffee. She personally came to my car, in the middle of an afternoon rush, apologized, gave my money back and a certificate for another coffee and encouraged me to return. Glad that this is an option!“
