Stopped by pure accident. Felt at home the minute we walked in. Decided to eat after seeing and smelling:) The absolute best service and food?!? Holy cow. It was phenomenal food and even presentation. Big town restaurant in a tiny town. Fun! Make the trip- this is going to be THE place to go. Love you guys!

We took a drive from Sioux Falls to try Hatfield and man, they did not disappoint! I love prime rib so we went specifically on a Saturday to do their p.r. special. Meat was cooked perfectly and flavor was amazing. You get a choice of side and salad bar is included. Cheesecakes are made in house. Service on par. We're so glad we made the trip, and will definitely be back!

Great service, loved our waitress, very friendly. My husband had the walleye and said it was yummy. I asked our waitress for “best thing on the menu.” She gave suggestions in each category, I chose a burger, not one suggested, because we had talked about one on the way over. It was very tasty but wished I had taken her suggestion.

The food? They absolutely know what they are doing. Steaks are actually cooked to the doneness requested. The house barbeque sauce is perfected paired to their pulled pork. It's a sweet variety of sauce, btw. But here's the proof they know their stuff: largest potato wedges I've had perfectly crunchy on the outside and done to perfect softeness throughout without turning to mush! Also, the cheesecake is worth stuffing in if you didn't save room.
We're definitely planning a return visit when we can.

Maybe it was just a bad day for them because I've heard nothing but great things. Unfortunately, the entrees were oversalted yet under seasoned and the pesto pasta was just very unfortunate in taste and appearance. The appetizers were fantastic! The service was terrible and it was only half full. Had to get drinks from the bar and ask for dessert and struggled to get the check. All food was auctioned off at the table. Pretty disappointing for $40-$55 meals. Don't worry, I still tipped my 20%.
