Friendly service. No waiting to place an order. The food was hot and fresh. It is one of the cleaner restaurants I have eaten at. I love Burger King and may be somewhat biased, but I do not think I'm leading you down the wrong road.
This place is next to my work, so I usually go here about 2-3 times a week. I'm pretty much done with that now.
It's gone from the kind of place that usually gets your order right to the kind of place that will for sure get your order wrong every time.
This was just in the last couple months, but they will screw up your order in just about every way you can imagine. They might screw it up during the order (enter it wrong) so you need to check your receipt, but usually they just put the wrong food in your bag. Today they also gave me coke instead of root beer.
They are on their phones constantly. This is probably why they keep screwing up orders.
An additional warning: If you just went through the drive-thru and come into the store to get your order fixed, the kids who work there will stop what they're doing and start filming you as you come in. This means that getting your order fixed might result in you ending up on TikTok. Hasn't happened to me because I'm boring and to the point. Don't take the bait when the kids on staff start trying to gaslight and harass you for asking to get your order fixed.
In fact, don't go here at all and avoid the trouble entirely.

Gross and dirty inside, garbages overflowing, bunch of workers have walked right past it. Pop machine is disgusting, all the tables are dirty.

This was VERY inconvenient. I used the Burger King app to place my order before I arrived. Firstly I wasn't able to order every item I had wanted. I paid on the app and made my way to the store. The drive threw was empty but it took longer then expected to be helped. I went to the window and the worker stated they did not have the ingredients take my order?? And if I wanted something else. I said I guess not but I already paid... she said to go threw the app... the app was very unhelpful as it isn't a person rather a robot. Best part the robot got tired of the conversation and ended the conversation. Issue us yet to be resolved. I honestly doubt it will be. I've ordered in the drive threw many times at every duluth mn burger king and they always mess up my order. I have never been offered coupons or had and orders righted. I would highly recommend I'd visiting the duluth area to avoid this franchise. Other cities have been more helpful in these regards. I don't see myself wasting any more of my money at any of these locations. Save your time and go somewhere else.

We stopped there on August 10, around 1:20 ish. Food came out fast and warm, even when they are short handed. Only 1 person worked both the drive through and the cashier. He brought food to us even when he was literally running around to do all of it, plus bring food to drivers outside from the drive through orders. Will stop again when we go through Duluth next time

The place is clean. The food is hot. The staff are great workers and strive for consumer service. The staff members were working; many other places I have seen staff are on their phones ignoring customers and work to be done but that is not the case here. Great service at this place! Very impressive

Pretty decent Burger King, only issues I ever seem to have here are just that sometimes the drive-thru is a bit slow but that is due to low staffing.
Dietary restrictions: "Have it your way at BK", that's what they say - you can customize just about anything you're ordering.
