Ordered a twist on one of their menu items and they made it PERFECTLY - I was half expecting them to overpower the substituted flavor with the normal flavors but was a perfect mix! Wonderful!

The staff is so friendly and extremely efficient at the Hermantown Caribou Coffee. I love going there! It makes such a difference to have great customer service; they truly make an effort. I just stop going to businesses where the staff is not trained to at least put some effort forth. These folks are awesome. Thank you!
