Stop by this restaurant after kids basketball game as my family was hungry and we ordered $50 of food and they didn’t give me my complete order. We were missing 2 fries I had ordered and was charged for. I didn’t notice until we got home and by that time I was already 15-20 minutes away from the restaurant and wasn’t returning to get the rest of my order.

Sauced and tossed chicken strip basket for the win
My friend and I go to Dairy Queen ALLL the time at different locations (to a point where we would get blizzard tattoos). THIS was the best one we’ve been to!
They had GREAT customer service. The restaurant was clean, from the floors to the tables. Their food was so fresh and hot and the blizzards were LOADED with all the fixin’s. Legit definitely coming back on a road trip. Such a random spot, but what a lil gem of Dairy Queen.

It's a Dairy Queen so fast food and ice cream. Liked that the ice-cream bar was separate from the food bar. Small seating inside, nice area outside to sit.

Very expensive, a medium strawberry shake was $7.00.
I use the drive up and I love DQ

They were very busy, and I can’t help but think it would be easier for the employees to move things along if there weren’t 2 people screaming at them at any given time. Male manager was speaking to them like workhorses, specifically “go away because you’re not doing anything.” After I had seen the employee he was talking to diligently moving through window items. Red hair working ice cream-we get it. It’s busy. There is a better way to manage that than yelling at your employees loud enough for literally everyone in line to hear.

This is the most inconsistent, penny pinching DQ in the city. Avoid at all costs. Go to Pike lake, Canal, or Grand Avenue. Added a picture of a “chocolate malt” for reference. This is an every time occurrence, and for some odd reason I keep telling myself “next time will be different.”

I ordered the chicken strip basket Wednesday night. The drive through was not lit. I got food poisoning from the food and spent 4 nights in agony. I was unable to go to work for 3 days. So i had a very bad overall experience. I don’t know if it was the food itself or employees not washing hands that was the issue, but when i saw my doctor she mentioned her husband got sick from same item at same location.
