I have been trying to call dominos for 15 min and the AI sustem keeps saying there’s a problem with my order so I have been trying to call the store but when the AI system says they’ll transfer me it just goes back to square one. When I finally called the 3rd time it sounded like it went thru but nobody said anything. I love Dominoes pizza but I am so frustrating on how difficult it is to place an order so I’m going elsewhere.

The quality of dominoes pizza ain't what it used to be. I can get a better tasting pizza for the same money out of the freezer at the grocery store. I ordered wings and they shorted me a wing...not good

I've ordered here before and it's a 50/50 if the pizza is slightly under cooked. I can get that. Today I called to change a time and let them know someone else was picking up the order. Melinda asked what my order was, I told her I already had an order just needed to change the time. She asked the same question again and I confirmed and she hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. No confirmation on a time change or anything. I get customer facing jobs can suck, still don't think that's a good enough excuse.

Pizza was drenched in butter, soggy and cold after being delivered. The delivery driver drove onto my lawn abruptly stopped, put the items so close to my door I couldn't open it and had to go through the back and didn't knock or anything to alert me it was there. A rude message was left on the receipt aswell for no tip yet I had a CASH tip ready for when they arrived.
Great meal and prices that have the spot at the end of this crazy snow storm. We got a ton of food for less than $35 to feed our family of five. The 8 piece stuffed pepperoni was really good and the sugary, buttery cinnamon bread twists were so good too. Thank you Dominoes!!
