Grilled up some venison brats (original and cranberry wild rice) from the Brat Barn tonight. Seriously, so good. We brought the venison to Dan on Friday evening and he called Sunday to tell us they were done. That is insanely fast. We 100% recommend checking this place out!

We ordered three different flavors. So far our favorite is the gyro Greek brat. It is especially nummy with the cool cucumber resting that goes with Greek flavors. We can’t wait to try more delicious flavors!

Dan was great to work with! Brought my venison from my deer last fall & got them made into Venison sticks, Hulapeno and Mac & Cheese Brats!! They turned out awesome! I will definitely be coming back in the future!
