They treat their elderly customers like crap and will not update their entrances. They continue to ignore these entrances issues and these elderly keep falling and Harry's has knowledge of these falls and tell them if they don't like the lighting then don't come back😡🤬😡🤬😡

Our names are Lorrie & Joe - We have been debating if we should say anything about what happened to us one (free bingo) night at your establishment. We have decided we should because, we’ll it just wasn’t right🙁
1. 50% of the drinks we got were terrible! One was like water and the other was over poured so strong it couldn’t be drank! $12 down the drain!
2. After making several requests for drinks and ordering food, we were blatantly made to wait for service until other locals and friends were served. We are patient people and understand busy, but this was RIDICULOUS!!!I we waited with no drinks, food, or pull tabs so we had plenty of time to wait and watch this.
3. We were denied being sold pull tabs, but they did let us play ETabs. Pull tabs were being sold, but just not to us.
4. An hour into this adventure our food came. Food looked good. Boyfriend so mad by this time we had to go as to not start a scene. Packed up food and left.
This used to be a place we liked to frequent. We like supporting local, but not when we get treated like this. Bunch of crap!

Waited 10 minutes to be served at the bar. Ordered food and drink. Had my empty glass out waiting for another.. Bartender came by twice in 40 minutes just to be ignored for her friends or regulars? Food was so so. Lost my business!

There are no better ribs, AT ALL, anywhere, than at Harry's in Hill City!! The slabs were huge, the rub flavor was huge, and our enjoyment was huge!! Can't keep this gem if a ribs experience secret... you can tell that the owners take this rib thing seriously! Prepare to be awestruck!!!

Very weak drinks. Ordered brandy water. Weak, so ordered double still weak and charged my for single. Walked back to motel mostly sober. Going to knuckleheads next time.
