Just received a case of butter. We got some pounds of the high fat butter so I could use the it in pie crusts. I have been making pie crusts (and pies)for 50-60 years. The crusts made with Hope high fat butter are the best I have ever made. Unbelievably light and flaky with excellent flavor. Thank you!!
