I had a nice warm welcome the moment I walked into the restaurant. I was seated right away and in seconds I was at the buffet. The sushi was incredible. A nice variety of rolls and they were all so fresh. Service was great and attentive. They have tempura for the lunch buffet and it was DELICIOUS and fresh. I highly recommend for lunch.
This place was delicious. No doubt about that. But, if you're looking for a trendy hot spot, this may not be it. Although the Sunday all you can eat special is well worth the money, including sushi, appetizers, soups, salads and Nigiri, we were the only customers in there for about an hour and a half before one other couple came in. I really love this place, but our last trip wasn't excellent. We came a little after the lunch hour rush, and since we got the buffet, there was not much left to choose from. I recommend that you get there at or before noon during the week. In addition to all the sushi, they also have tempura and spring rolls on the buffet. The best sushi you can get for $15, much better than going to Byerly's for a couple of trays, but not as good as the yum yum rolls at Kowalski's.
