We had the BEST girls night taking Amy's macaroon making class! Located in downtown Hopkins is the cutest little bakery. The class takes place in the back kitchen area where they have designated baking stations with all the tools, equipment and ingredients set up for you! We had so much fun being able to pick out our own colors, fillings, and flavors. Im a red velvet girlie and my friend chose to do a fun, champagne filling flavor! There were so many flavors and colors to choose from, you really can't go wrong! Amy, the owner, leads the class and is so kind, down-to-earth and helpful with every step. There's a break halfway through the class to allow for your macaroons to bake. This is the perfect time to grab a quick drink or bite to eat at one of the nearby bars or restaurants. Although I doubt I could ever re-create these master piece macaroons on my own without Amy's expertise and help, it was a really great experience and the best, most delicious macaroons I've ever had! We each came out with a big batch and box of our own personal creations and was able to enjoy them for days after!! I highly recommend the class or just stopping by to purchase for the best macaroons ever!!

You walk in the door and are immersed in the beautiful scent of the bakery. As for the goods themselves they're beautifully arranged in the display case. There were about a dozen and a half flavors of macrons, a dozen flavors of cupcakes, and half dozen cookie sandwiches. We got about 6 macrons, 3 cupcakes, and 2 cookie sandwiches (large family). Overall I'm very impressed. I got a honey lavender macron, which usually is a cop out flavor for bakeries since you don't really taste the subtle flavors. However the flavor was delicious. Not to intense or too subtle. The cookie sandwich was butterscotch oatmeal and very crispy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!Dietary restrictions: They have allergen friendly options.

Even more, is the way that this small businesses contributes to the local Hopkins school community. We appreciate your support to education. Our families loved the donation for our Family Jazz Night.
We took a macaroon class with Jenn. It was amazing! Our macaroons turned out almost professional and tasted great. Jenn was very patient and a great teacher.

I ordered custom cookies for a baby shower. They were adorable and very well decorated! However, they were hard *as a rock*. You literally could break a tooth. These were served 24 hours after pickup but could’ve been weeks old based on the quality. I reached out to the shop with my concerns and was offered a 20% discount if I tried their product again. It’s not like I’m going to throw a second baby shower to fix the dessert situation so obviously this gesture is pointless.Very disappointing and no ownership of the issue from the bakery outside of an apology and a comment that “they haven’t received any other negative feedback”

I wanted special cupcakes for a 3-year-old's February birthday party and wow - did Amy's Cupcakes come through. The little girl loves the movie "Frozen" (decals on the cupcakes are even edible) and the color pink. Got 2 dozen, with 4 different designs and flavors - received so many compliments. The cupcakes were fresh and delicious. Easy parking out front and a nice staff. I'll be back - and ready to try more treats!

Little disappointing, to me cupcakes are about frosting a decent amount of frosting, these did not have enough frosting to cover the top of the cupcake. I asked if I could get more frosting added to the cupcakes and that was not an option. I purchased 6 cupcakes $28. I served them for dessert and was disappointed the cupcakes were quite dry actually hard and crispy around the top wide cracks on top of cupcakes under frosting over baked and certainly not fresh, they seemed to be approximately maybe a week old stored in a container. Pretty sure l will not return there, not worth the money. But the young man that served me was very kind and very polite nice customer service skills.

Unfortunately really disappointed ☹️ the cupcakes were dense and thick? Almost like old muffins…. Same with the frosting. The ratio was waaay off, too! Not enough frosting! Especially for the price and the automatic gratuity added on. The flavors were not it, either. It’s a miss, sadly.

I had a cupcake parfait delivered to me in Arkansas. It was absolutely decadent!!! It was packaged and shipped with such care that it survived a snow storm to get to me. I highly recommend for a gift or just to treat yourself!
