I like this place. I live nearby, and so it is easy to stop here. This place has a connection to the former Eden Prairie C R Bay. But not identical menu.I generally like the menu choices and the food, with one exception. The fish sauce (center of all Vietnamese eating) is not great to me. Fathers Day dinner was a success here. The service was top tier and the food is fresh and flavorful.We tried almost every appetizer due to the size of our party and we were not disappointed; our favorite was the fried shrimp and egg rolls.Each person in our party ordered a different type of entree and all of us enjoyed our choices. The food was fine but needed more seasoning. The shrimp wontons were a hit though. I've never seen them done this way. I would definitely recommend them! Service was not the greatest. Kinda slow and uninformed.
