Been a while since I actually went to Cold Stone and I forgot there was one in Hopkins. The store was clean, totally friendly staff, and I enjoyed my ice cream.

It wasn’t bad but ice cream just lacks a little bit of texture and flavor. However, I paid seven dollars for half a scoop of ice cream can’t ever do it again.

Cold Stone Ice Cream is not only the best ice cream but every time I go there, the wonderful server helps us with our order. She is patient, especially with small children, and always smiling. Yesterday, my grandchildren asked for water. She must have heard them because, all of a sudden, with a long line of customers, cups of water appeared. Thank you!

Wouldn’t recommend this location for a DoorDash order. I had paid for my cake ahead of time but when I went to pickup they didn’t have the order, wouldn’t honor my DoorDash receipt and made me contact DoorDash to resolve the issue. Not very convenient. On top of that my order was cancelled on DoorDash, which did show on their screen somehow but then they wouldn’t honor the original discount that I had paid for the cake through DoorDash. Super disappoint and will be going elsewhere from now on.

Absolutely the best ice cream. Peanut butter cup perfection is good enough that we drove 15 minutes out of the way to get cold stone. The girl working was friendly and we had excellent service

Who doesn't love a fresh made ice cream creation. That part was great. The service team was very friendly. The only complaint is that all of the tables. Inside and out side were too dirty to sit at.
