Cream and Amber is one of my favorite places to spend time. They have a great book selection, but my favorite part is getting a coffee, a sandwhich, and sitting down to write. Being surrounded by books and in such a lovely atmosphere definitely helps get the creative juices flowing. Everyone is always so nice and it's my favorite place to bring people new to the area. 💙

I love Cream & Amber! You can tell how much effort they put in to make it feel fun and warm and inclusive. Many times I come, it is filled with loud, boisterous women clearly feeling comfortable and empowered to be themselves. However, there are definitely areas you can cozy up and quietly read a book. It is a choose your own adventure place, in that way. Either way, I love the atmosphere, the books, the coffee and the kind staff ❤️

I have been here several times and have always felt safe . The staff is always so kind and warm . It feels cozy and welcoming here . I love to see them thriving . No one feels out of place . There’s something for everyone here and they are a huge part of the community as a whole . As a queer person , thank you for existing . All of you work so hard and are so kind . Thank you ! 💜

A lovely place! Great to get work done or hang out with friends, and their patio seating is nice too! A good rotating selection of books and seasonal drinks! I’ve really only ever had their coffee and espresso drinks but it’s because they’re so good!!

I love the drinks and staff, but the internet connection is soooo bad that there’s multiple places I can’t sit. Wish they’d get a better connection since I have to take a chance every time I go, and it just isn’t worth it anymore. Sucks because they were a favorite.

Took my bookworm here on an afternoon coffee/beer date, and it was so worth it. Support these places if you have the means. Food is not really notable, but it's a decent snack.
By far the nicest, most welcoming coffee shop/ book store I’ve been to in years! I’m always looking for comfortable and inspiring places to drink coffee and work and I stumbled upon this place recently. The coffee and food is delicious, the staff is polite and I want to read every single book they have on display for “staff picks.” They have super cute and inclusive gifts and a really nice shady patio. 5 stars all around!

I love this local place - coffee/tea and books are among my favorite things, and having both at once on Main Street in Hopkins is wonderful. The staff is always very helpful and quick. Occasionally it can be a little crowded, but that’s a sign that it’s a great gathering spot for the community.
