They have young kids working here unsupervised. Ice cream tasted metallic and like chemicals. It was inedible and we had to throw it away.
On the evening of November 24th, at approximately 8pm, my wife and I visited your establishment for a treat. Unfortunately, the young lady behind the counter demonstrated poor customer service skills, displaying rudeness for the second time, and claiming a lack of ingredients for certain items. Her demeanor was unfriendly, rolling her eyes when we made requests, and she failed to exhibit basic manners, including failing to execute the customary flip for our Blizzards. Notably, our previous visit resulted in extremely runny Blizzards, while this time they were sloppy. When my wife requested napkins, the young lady tossed them in a dismissive manner. Throughout our interaction, she neglected to express gratitude or courtesy.
awful experience; male clerk who looked 12 treated us like crap. bad attitude, threw the food on the counter, hot dog covered with chili that looked like it was three weeks old. been going there for years, not going back.
This is a hidden Gem off Hopkins main street.
At times there can be a 5 to 10 minute wait in line: but we'll worth it.
It is outside eating only and designed that way. Why would you get ice-cream and eat inside air-conditioned space vs outside...
Keep up the great store
Refused to take my coupon
Ordered a hot dog and ice cream , ice cream was fine but when I bit into the hot dog it was completely white and pink…. I’ve had many hotdogs from Dairy Queen’s and I’ve never once seen something like that . When I went in and asked them if this was normal the guy looked at me and said “all the hotdogs look like this “ if that’s the case the health department definitely to visit this location because it was raw , white and chewy .. he ended up asking if I wanted a refund and I said I suppose since this isn’t edible and he ended up giving me 1.32 $ back .
This location definitely needs to be looked into because that was not ok. If I end up getting sick from this I will be contacting a lawyer.
I like the look and style of this place! The mixing bowl mashup I got was very good.
Best ice cream sandwich at the Hopkins location. No one does it like they do and I am #1 fan.
To be fair this is possibly the most no frills DQ location, but they execute the basics well and I love the nostalgic downtown Hopkins location.
This location is run poorly.Who is in charge?
The kids that work here couldn’t care less about providing quality service or a quality product. They are unprofessional, sloppy, and basically give you what they want to give you as opposed to what you order.
They tend to omit ingredients that you ask for, and for the ingredients they do include, they skimp on.
Definitely will not be returning.

Small shop, quick service. Parking lot is smaller but it isn't usually super busy. Close to parks and easy walking down main street while you enjoy your treat.
Didn’t have the crunch cone topping. Didn’t take Apple Pay or do online orders. Had to leave empty handed and super disappointed
Terrible. Can’t use the app no scanner. I said there is a 5 digit code if you don’t have a scanner. Said still can’t do anything. Waste of time only came here for a freebie in the app. Rude staff too acting like it’s obvious they can’t support the app.
Super great deals. Fun stop on a hot day
Terrible Cookie Dough Blizzard…twice. Second one was my fault for trusting them again
