Place was dirty and understaffed. Glad the credit card machine didn't work, and we weren't able to get any food or ice cream because the longer I was there the more mess I could see. Hassle because the credit card machine took away my 20$ of gift card. Spent time to obtain gift card back between store because corporate was useless. In the end was able to obtain a new giftcard. More of a hassle then expected.

Does not accept corporate promos at this location. Typically experience very slow service here, staff are overworked and understaffed/underpaid high schoolers. Nothing against staff, franchise owner clearly in it only for profit and not for a stable business. Disappointing since it's been here so long but terrible management has left this location derelict and unwanted.

Best DQ family restaurant. Huge ice cream cones are delightful! Blizzards are very yummy! Service is great. Sometimes only 1 person is working so be patient. FYI, coupons don't work at the family owned DQ's. You get your money's worth of ice cream here.

Won't accept DQ coupons (Hopkins store). But will make you pay the credit card issuers fee. This fee is typically paid by the business. It also appears DQ has once again shrunk the size of its "Blizzard"!DQ is really not worth it.

They didn't honor DQ app and charged.extra fee for something. W I nt go there again

Small, smelly location with slow service. They don't take part in national promotions, and usually there are only 1 or 2 people working meaning service is SLOW. Other locations are 10 times faster and have service with a smile.

They didn't have anything for making most of the blizzards and made my order and it still was wrong this place shouldn't be open the inside was so dirty and disgusting

Employees were wonderful as always, but the star off is for the owner: it was easily over 100 degrees today inside and the employees said the AC wouldn’t turn on. I’m horrified that you would have employees working under such conditions with no attempt to cool it off. No fans, no doors propped open for airflow. They were walking outside to cool off (96 degrees outside). Seems needlessly cruel.
Stopped by after work, 5pm. Not busy too busy. Quick to walk in. Blizzard was great.

VERY HOT IN SIDE. Flys in the restaurant area. Could not eat inside even if we wanted to.

The ice cream is amazing and there is so many options from shakes to malts to cones to sundaes. It’s a nice small shop that’s independently owned and the little red roof on top makes it stand out like a little shack that was made for the woods but put on mainstreet. The service is always quick i go there a few times a week and i always am served within 5 minutes of ordering. The employees are super nice always cracking joke i have become close friends with one of them.

Quite busy, the kids serving could at least try to break a smile. No one seemed all that bothered about the wait but the staff
