Love the scratch made pastas and pizzas! The flavors were so on point, we tried everything on the menu and loved each one. The lasagna is where it’s at. It feels like you left Hopkins and entered a beautiful eatery right in the middle of Italy. Bravo team!

I was incredibly impressed with my visit to Hendrix & Siena! The space is adorable, lots of fun little touches that made the dining experience great. We arrived a few minutes early and were sat less than 5 minutes after walking in, which was fantastic considering how busy they were! Our server was very friendly and super knowledgeable, her recommendations were on point. I had the Fiore cocktail which had a nice depth of interesting flavors, I’d come back just for this cocktail. The food was phenomenal! We had the mozzarella in carozza which was crunchy and had the best cheese pulls, but the slightly sweet sauce was the star, I could have licked the plate! We also decided on the pappardelle alla lisa, the noodles were a fantastic texture, sauce again was on point with the most tender rib pieces, and the portion was generous. We finished it up with the dill pickle pizza, also a generous portion, which came highly recommended from my friends and boy did it deliver! Amazing crust, fantastic dill flavor without being too pickle-y, unique and addictive flavors overall. The entire experience was amazing and I will definitely be back to try out more delicious dishes! I’m writing this review while eating a leftover slice of pizza and couldn’t be happier.

The experience we had at Hendrix & Siena was amazing. The food was made from scratch. Our server Jessa was fantastic! She knew the menu inside and out. I would highly recommend the Chicken Parmesan. The breading and crunch used was insatiable and the chicken was juicy. Chef Robert’s did an amazing job.
Our drinks were made with care. You can tell with each sip they took their time to craft a perfect cocktail.

Outstanding! Thanks for such an excellent epicurean experience. I wish you guys the best of luck in your endeavor. The steak tartare was the bomb.

Outstanding food. We had the lemony beans (a refreshing cold appetizer complemented perfectly with the broccolini), the orecchiette (the highlight for me - ever so slightly spicy with fantastic pasta), and the chicken parmesan (an entree that is so often boring and unimaginative perfected in a crispy, large portioned, juicy meal). The affogato was a great end to the evening and our gin cocktails were excellent.

It’s hard to get me to go to a Italian place but the proximity…can’t beat it. The wine choices were amazing, hats off to David for the pairings.
The tikka pizza and beef tartare were absolutely incredible. Preferential seating at the bar to talk to Jake! I cannot wait to come back.

Food was delicious, but plan on ordering a few things per person as portions are small. The only real complaint is it's a noisy space that could use some soft materials to dampen the din; conversation was difficult.

The food was unbelievable- pappardelle, chicken parm and bruschetta was just delicious! Met the owners and got a chance to rave about the waitress who couldn’t have been nicer! Emily and Rhett, nicely done! We drove from Inver Grove Heights and it was worth the ride! Highly recommend it if you can get a reservation. Such a quaint little place.

Bar Siena is a great spot. The food is wonderful. We went for dinner on Saturday night and started with Steak Tartare, which was some of the best Tartare in the metro. The Pappardelle had great flavor and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The star of the show was the Chicken Parmesan. So much crunch, but the chicken is still juicy with flavor. The smaller space with louder music makes it a bit difficult to have a conversation, but the staff and the food makes up for it and makes Bar Siena worth a trip.

Book your rezzy here now! We were wildly impressed by our dinner tonight at Bar Siena. First, the service was on point. Our server David was attentive, friendly, and has excellent style. And the entire restaurant is a vibe. I adore a cutesy bathroom, and they hit the mark here.
Italian is typically our least favorite cuisine, but tonight changed that. Everything we ordered was divine! For starters, we got the lemony beans, which were cold (didn't expect that) but bright and a refreshing flavorful way to kick off our meal. Next, we shared the Pappardelle Alla Lisa and the Lasagna Duefoglie. Woah. Do not leave without trying the mushroom lasagna! Really a showstopping dish. And while I'm not usually over the moon for red sauces, the pappardelle was flawless. The pasta on both dishes had the perfect texture.
Next, we got the Chicken Tikka Pizza. Unlike any pizza I've ever had before but in the best way. It had really wonderful textures and flavors. So unique. We couldn't stop talking about how amazing the crust was (what a thing to be raving about). Looking forward to trying the pickle pizza on our next trip.
We finished with the Carmel Tapioca Budino. The crunch of the sea salt matched the softness of the tapioca. Heavenly.
As Hopkins residents, we were excited to check out the new spot, and it more than lived up to the hype. Already looking forward to our next trip there.
Only critique: I would love to see a non-alcoholic wine option on the menu.
