A pizza hut that is out of pizza and bread sticks ? I'm not sure what's worse, this or the time the store closed and our food never got delivered.

I ordered online and when I went to pick up one it f my pizzas was missing. I told the lady I understand things happen and she said she would make my pizza now and would be 5 minutes. I ordered a super supreme minus Italian sausage add tomato and extra cheese….. well when the pizza came out it was just a supreme with no Italian sausage. She said ok, I’ll give you a $5.00 credit for next time and I’ll remake your pizza well she didn’t. She added the missing topping forgetting the extra cheese so I ended up with a cheese pizza with raw veggies on top. When I asked can you just not make what I ordered I was told this is what you ordered just without the extra cheese. I again was given a receipt stating a $5.00 discount on my next order. I shall NOT be ordering from this pizza but again. So I’m sure my “discount” will be invalid at another store

Ordered one large pizza at 9:07 pm and didn't receive it until 10:45 tried calling 3 times just to get an update and no answer every time, phone just kept on ringing.

On a huge football Sunday, they ran out of traditional buffalo wings. 60 years old and first time ever. This is total incompetence by manager/owner. Time to hold businesses accountable in post covid. When you can't provide basic service, you deserve to lose business. There is Dominos just down Main street

The website is literally the worst. So glitchy. Takes forever to load- my Apple Pay kept timing out. Then all the ads after you place your order. It almost 2024- get it together

Cashier was not at all friendly. My pizza was not good. I'm sure if ingredients are different now, the cheese was not cheesy nor did it taste good.

I ordered online but the process was quick and easy, website was easy to navigate and everything was done in a decent time frame.
If there was a zero star rating I’d give it. Ordered a simple order of a medium meat lovers wings and a 2 liter of Pepsi. After waiting over an hour and a half I found out my order had been cancelled with no notice. By this time it was too late to call elsewhere. Never again. Let that speak for itself

went in for a takeout order and there laterally was no staff there, no bell to ring. just no one for 5 minutes. left and got a frozen pizza from Driskill's..maybe get a door chime?

My fiancee and I ordered a dinner box, we arrived home and took our first bite to find out the pizza has been halfway cooked. Literally raw dough. Very upsetting. It's like how hard is it to make a pizza correctly when you have done it a 1000 times. Very disappointed. I knew there was going to be issues looking at the reviews but come on man. Also. Workers handle all toppings without gloves?? Is that the new thing? Last time I checked that is EXTREMELY unsanitary. Especially since we live in COVID times.
