This was my first time trying Brazilian cuisine and it was amazing! On top of that, the staff was incredible! I learned so much about the dishes and culture. The server was very personable. This place provides such a comfortable environment. The staff definitely wants to teach others so don’t be afraid if you aren’t familiar with the culture. They are so happy to answer your questions. I will be going back over and over again. Definitely would recommend! Great cocktail drinks and desserts as well. The staff even served people after closing time and didn’t at all even nudge at the fact that it was past closing time. They were just as happy to serve them as if they had just opened for the day. Genuine people and spectacular food!

Picanha was fantastic! There is a market here where you can pick up popular Brazilian items like Guaraná and bombons. Glad I finally made it out here!

Fantastic food and service! To give some context, my husband and I eat out *a lot*and are extremely picky about food. I got Paella Moresca and my husband got Picanha (medium-rare). We also had some flan for dessert. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the portions were very generous. The server (owner) was very friendly and helpful, and even brought us some in-house made hot sauce. Highly highly recommend!

What a delight! We are so happy we found this restaurant -- nice variety of very good food, great service, convenient parking -- everything needed to make a great evening out! We had the seafood paella and the Amazonas, both were very good. I am pretty picky about the quality of the meat I eat and the beef in the Amazonas was perfect! The sides also were good and the owner brought my husband some of their special hot sauce so he could control the heat. On that note, the owners are very friendly and also very helpful in describing the dishes and answering our questions. We definitely will be back!

Never had this type of food before. I have to very careful of what I eat and they did have gluten free items labeled on the menu. Service was great and my husband loved the food he had. Mine was good but there was a lot of oil/grease on the plate. Will try again and do something different.

One of the few authentic Brazilian restaurants in Twin Cities, if not the only one. There weren't many people there but I was early - the two owners took turns serving me a caipirinha and fejoiada for dinner. Plus, a solid palm salad. There is a small grocery inside with some things popular in Brazil that I recognized. I was totally full, said obrigado, and went on my way!

Amazing service, amazing Brazilian beer (order the Xingu dark beer) the workers are so friendly and nice. We sat outside and had a really good conversation with the waiter.

Really friendly staff, recommended the Xingu black beer, it's now one of my favorites. Family owned jewel hidden in the middle of Hopkins, definitely worth a stop.

Want some foreign flavor? Down for a little Brazilian thrill? Maybe not everyone, but I bet Samba-dy is interested;) I know we were when finally getting to try this place in 2021. We had the Brazilian Sheppard's Pie with Mashed Yucca and the Mariscos (Seafood Paella) So much flavor was packed into these two plates. Fans of chicken pot pie or mashed potatoes would be all over the pie. The rice was definitely nice, and the mussels, scallops, and shrimp took it up several levels. Anybody who likes seafood should check the paella out. Make sure to come here for a special occasion as it is a bit spendy, but overall my experience was positive!

Pretty disappointing. Our party of 6 was really looking forward to eating here. We showed up at 6:30pm. 30 minutes before close. Was asked if we have a reservation even though the place was empty! LOL. Was told it would be 15 minutes before they could seat us. How does that work? We just left because clearly they didn’t want our business. We were happy to spend our money elsewhere. If you are in the move for Brazilian food - there are better options than this place.
