Ordered my coffee waited 20 minutes for my coffee. Had to ask if they were making my coffee just every time I come here nobody knows what they’re doing how to make the coffee. The weight is always 20 minutes or more whether you go through the drive-through or you grow in. It’s always a problem at this Starbucks they have no leadership.
I just moved recently, so this is now the closest Starbucks to me. I would rather go to another Starbucks 5 more miles away than to this one. I ordered a protein box and a matcha latte. The matcha latte tasted sour, like the milk in it had gone bad, and the protein box fruit was mushy and brown. I tried this location a second time last week, just in case it was a one-off experience, but I got the same outcome. Why does everything at this location tastes like it’s past its expiration date? I can’t afford to get sick right now, so that last visit was it for me.

It's a great occasional spot to get coffee.
I walked into this shop and was completely ignored by all the staff. It was the weirdest and least friendly coffee shop experience I've ever had. I waited patiently, but after about five minutes without even an acknowledgement, I decided to take my business to the Caribou nearby.

My experience: I ordered 60 cups of regular mid roast coffee to pick up at 6pm Saturday evening. I called Saturday morning and confirmed the order would be ready. Got there at five minutes to 6. The store was closed, but the drive through was still open. We went through the drive through but we're told they had no idea about any orders and the machines have already been shut down. The clerk called the manager, Devin, who said that he forgot to tell the clerk, but said he'd call the next closest, open, store in Eden Prairie and have them have it ready for us. Well, when we got to that store, they were closed and hadn't gotten any calls from the other store. They suggested we go to 50th and France in Edina. Well, getting the coffee in Eden Prairie has already made us late for our event and we couldn't afford to lose any more time. The best thing, we were told was to call the corprate office on Monday.

worst starbucks i’ve ever been to the drive through sucks they take forever and are always sold out of everything do not go here if i could give it less than a star i would and i go to starbucks everyday
TLDR: Great if you love ice cold or rock hard breakfast sandwiches and rude customer service! If not, I’d go somewhere else.
Full story: On 7/18, I ordered (among several other things on a $26.58 total) an Impossible breakfast sandwich at the drive-thru. The drive-thru was slow moving and the employees seemed very frazzled and unable to keep up with a relatively light line of cars. The Starbucks employee taking and ringing orders seemed genuinely irritated that she had customers.
As I was driving to work, I discovered half of my breakfast sandwich was still ice cold/nearly frozen. I don’t remember the last time I’ve had to literally spit food out of my mouth, but that’s what had to happen on my drive to a work meeting.
When I went back and explained today (7/20) what had happened, there was no apology or explanation offered. This Starbucks employee gave the impression that a half hot/half frozen sandwiches should be expected and appreciated.
After pushing back, the manager evidently decided to offer a new one as replacement. I had also ordered a coffee, which I paid for and tipped.
As I drove away, I discovered that while the new sandwich was hot this time, this one was hard as a rock. They clearly gave me the crustiest/oldest Impossible sandwich they could dig up out of the freezer. I’ve eaten dozens of these over the years — literally never once have I encountered one with this look/feel/texture.
So ultimately this Starbuck’s solution for the honest mistake of serving disgustingly horrible food one day was to intentionally serve more disgustingly horrible food the next, all with rude customer service on top of it. I’d never survive in my line of work if I operated this way.
I deeply regret tipping on my coffee that I paid for — feel like I just funded someone to play a mean practical joke on me. As a longtime customer both for Starbucks and this location specifically, this ruined it all for me.
Hopefully with one fewer patron ever entering their drive-thru again, the Shorewood MN Starbucks may be able to finally get a grip on how to offer good customer service and quality food. But I wouldn’t count on it.

Lobby closed before actual hours.
Consistently the slowest drive thru experience of any Starbucks I’ve ever visited.

Every year I look forward to apple crisp shaken espresso. I ordered one at this location before work and the first one didn’t taste like it had any flavoring. I thought I was nice about it and said I’m sorry I don’t like this can I get another one. Few of the workers gave me a dirty look and when I got my second one they made it way too sweet. At the point I just asked for a refund and moved on. I did want to point out not all the workers were rude. Just the one who had to make it and the one who might have been their friend.
Worst customer service!
