I came here on Friday March 8th, I arrived at about 8:09pm and it says they close at 8:30. They said they could not help me because they are closed. I mentioned that the website says 8:30 and they just said they can’t control that. I ended up going to the one in Edina which also says they close at 8:30, arrived at 8:31, and they still helped me and did not rush me at all! Their service was amazing compared to this one. Sounds like they were just trying to leave early.

I've been to countless Starbucks locations across the country and this is the worst one. They will staff with 4+ employees at 2pm and it will still take 20 minutes to get a simple drink when there is one other customer, even when you walk in the store.Whoever the woman is in the glasses in the afternoon needs to go. She is rude and acerbic and has no business being in customer service.

I have never in my life written a bad review but I was helped by the rudest women today with glasses. Waited over 45 minutes in the drive through today, then was given the wrong drink. Went back and explained it was wrong , The first women apologized and was nice and professional. They made me a new one but it was now a different person in the drive through at check out. She looked at me very rudely and said “what?” Instead of the normal Hi, how are you? I explained I got the wrong drink and I ordered a new one, she said “and how am I supposed to know that?” Asked her if she could throw the incorrect drink away for me and said she couldn’t do that. I have never been spoken to in this tone by a service industry person. I myself, also in the service industry would never speak to a customer this way. Literally the worst Starbucks. There were only 5 cars ahead of me and it took almost an hour to get one shaken espresso. I will drive out of my way going forward.

I waited 22 minutes inline, service was slow, didn't get food & glad I didn't as it would have probably taken longer. I ordered a creme based frappuccino for my grandson & they made it with coffee....total
