So my 15 year old nephew is like uncle yo im hungry can we go to taco i got money. And im like ight lets go get the fourth meal...
As we are making our order in the drive through... ( My nephew is so slow at ordering when he has his own budget) A guy in a " tan, gold, snady color" rear ends us. An it only had been about 3 mins at the mic .... So we pull forward pay. Get our food and park in the lot as you should to avoid any more traffic in the line. We wait until we see the guy turning out of the drive through and take off down the street.
Now it wasnt a bad rear end i have no visible extra damage to my vehicle. And completely spaced about telling my insurance cause there is no damage.
And no its civil police should never be involved if both vehicles are driveable. But the guy should have at least pulled up next to me so we could together assest the damage.
Ill call my company monday do to the fact there is now a fee of some sort on my fully payed policy....
But hey dude in suv you know i had a another human and you were alone so i hope it wasn't you that reported that i hit you some how when I had my foot on brake and i was in drive.
But idk all in all taco bell is taco bell. Asshole drive will away hit and run... ( Is what you did sir cause i had park and waited. That's why i hope this fee charger is not on your accord.)
And tbell 4 stars is more a fast food establishment should ever get.

Food is very mid. Meat is dry. Portions aren't right. I live very close to this location I'd rather drive to Bloomington tbell. The food there is always on point.

A.I. drive thru. Takes away human interaction during a necessary transaction point.
Tried to simply order a crunch wrap supreme…A.I. responded “one soft taco anything else?”

They need to fire these Mexicans there rude and can’t even speak English they never get anything right!!! A than they keep that automatic lady talking knowing someone is struggling with ordering in there she is always getting stuff wrong. I will be contacted corporate and they need to get fired

They use the AI ordering at their drive through, it's a useless waste of time that doesn't work, and you'll always need to request a real person anyway
Depends on who is working on drive thru usually really good but sometimes just ok on Weekend nights

Honestly just terrible. They got the ai ordering system and it’s slow and takes orders incorrect. And on top of that my chicken quesadilla lacked chicken there was maybe 4 little pieces of chicken. Just ridiculous and not worth it.

Poor costumer service buys each other
The manager was very rude he tried telling me what I paid for and gave me the wrong thing twice even though I had the receipt showing what I paid for all it was is simple three supreme tacos then he gets mad turns around when I confront him about it and starts talking Spanish to all the other coworkers there I understand a little bit I speak a little bit of Spanish because my job he was disrespecting me I did not I did not like it at all I felt very very disrespected this whole encounter made me very very angry I shall never go back to this Taco Bell ever again Nor or any of my family members and on top of all that I had to walk back and forth 10 blocks just to get it wrong twice

Chalupa shells are always hard and cold !...and now that we know we asked the employees " if they could please make them fresh" and they get an nasty attitude and they still give the chalupas out harder than a rock and meat super salty ... restaurant #031682

this taco bell specifically is really good, especially food quality wise -- they also have lots of tablet ordering systems inside with easy customizable options to take off or add ingredients, where all ingredients of your item are listed.
Dietary restrictions: easily removed the cheese, sour cream, and avocado ranch sauce from the cantina chicken bowl for a dairy free / gluten free, still diverse, not dry, and filling bowl.
