I am not sure why but every time I order my food here and come and pick it up my food is hidden behind the counter usually underneath a metal counter a table and whether I speak Spanish or English I cannot get help. So when I order online and come to pick up my mobile order how do I receive my food because it is never placed in the pickup section I always have to get someone's attention usually 5 minutes later and using a translator even though I speak Spanish it just takes so much effort to get my single freaking taco.

I asked for the cheese fiesta potatoes with no ranch and extra nacho cheese they charged for the nacho cheese and like they gave me ranch and no extra cheese and like I literally asked for a human so they could do it right and then they didn’t and I was really upset because like they were closed by the time I got home and like dude it’s just no ranch and extra cheese I hate ranch this is so upsetting cause I’m allergic to ranch so now I can’t even eat my potatoes and everything is closed so there’s just no potatoes today I guess like Taco Bell what the heck first my fries disappear this week and now they try to kill me with ranch and I couldn’t even get my seventy cents of extra cheese what the heckkkkkkkkkkk never go here it sucks here couldn’t even wipe it off what the heckkkkk

So my 15 year old nephew is like uncle yo im hungry can we go to taco i got money. And im like ight lets go get the fourth meal...
As we are making our order in the drive through... ( My nephew is so slow at ordering when he has his own budget) A guy in a " tan, gold, snady color" rear ends us. An it only had been about 3 mins at the mic .... So we pull forward pay. Get our food and park in the lot as you should to avoid any more traffic in the line. We wait until we see the guy turning out of the drive through and take off down the street.
Now it wasnt a bad rear end i have no visible extra damage to my vehicle. And completely spaced about telling my insurance cause there is no damage.
And no its civil police should never be involved if both vehicles are driveable. But the guy should have at least pulled up next to me so we could together assest the damage.
Ill call my company monday do to the fact there is now a fee of some sort on my fully payed policy....
But hey dude in suv you know i had a another human and you were alone so i hope it wasn't you that reported that i hit you some how when I had my foot on brake and i was in drive.
But idk all in all taco bell is taco bell. Asshole drive will away hit and run... ( Is what you did sir cause i had park and waited. That's why i hope this fee charger is not on your accord.)
And tbell 4 stars is more a fast food establishment should ever get.

Food is very mid. Meat is dry. Portions aren't right. I live very close to this location I'd rather drive to Bloomington tbell. The food there is always on point.
A.I. drive thru. Takes away human interaction during a necessary transaction point.
Tried to simply order a crunch wrap supreme…A.I. responded “one soft taco anything else?” “No” “remove change or add?” “Remove” “okay would you like to remove, change or add?” Never thought I’d have to cross a tbell location off of my list.

They need to fire these Mexicans there rude and can’t even speak English they never get anything right!!! A than they keep that automatic lady talking knowing someone is struggling with ordering in there she is always getting stuff wrong. I will be contacted corporate and they need to get fired
