We chose to eat in on the day we went. We first chose a table by the window until my kid commented on the dead bugs on the seat. We moved to a different spot where the table seemed the cleanest. It didn't seem to matter. There were a ton of bugs (fruit flies, maybe) on the windowsill ledge and around the windows in the corner. The wallpaper was also peeling and discolored in this area. We still stayed at the seats since they were stools (not pushed against a wall) at a table and not a booth, and because my kid wanted to watch the geese outside the window. The cheeseburgers were all right, but we've had better at different locations. The staff was friendly. We likely won't return to this location if we choose White Castle again.

Tell me why my chicken ring cheese sliders tasted like BBQ char was all over on an inside with every bite? That was disgusting Idk how they dod that but I won't ever come to buy food from this location again
Last night we got 2 sandwiches and got home and the meat smelled like it was spoiled. I called an employee and he acted like he didn't care lucky we didnt eat the food because they would've been sued if we got sick. We will never return.

Disappointed. I don't eat White Castle that often but when I do I expect it to be hot and fresh. I tried the Felix chicken sandwich for the first time and wish I had just stick to burgers. The edges of the patty looked burnt like it was reheated in a microwave. It tasted like it was fried in old grease and the lettuce was wilted. My husband was not offered sauce for his chicken rings or fish nibblers so we assumed there was some in the bag. There was not. It's obvious that they don't care about food quality judging from the many negative reviews. The fries and burgers were good. And the drink was icy. I guess it's hard to mess those up.
