The drive-through in this place is awful. You’re sitting in line between 10 and 20 minutes to get your meal. Every single time I come here this happens.

slow drive thru, rude staff. got our smoothie wrong, we corrected it and they acted like we were the ones in the wrong, took about 5-7 minutes to get the smoothie i was supposed to. felt like they thought we were scamming them for a smoothie?

Worst drive Through experience I've ever had got my order wrong twice. I ordered 5 piece mozzarella sticks. Loaded Fry and a sack of Siracha shrimp nibblers,I was looking at the recipt and it was For a loaded fry , a sack of Saracha shrimp nibblers , and a sack of regular shrimp nibblers I got the attendant's attention and informed them about the error. But said that I can just keep the order as it is. Just make sure both sacks of shrimp nibblers are the Saracha When I got to my back to work from my break, I checked the bag and one was was serratcha and One was regular shrimp Nibblers with no suace to dip them in, and i waited until I got off work and try to get the order corrected. They let me know that since only one item Was wrong, they could only replace that item. Leaving me with 4 hour old food. I called customer service. And they let me know that I could just have the whole order refunded which the store did not inform me that i had that option. So I told them to keep the food and I'd like a refund all while the staff gave me an attitude.

I have been going to this WC for years. When I left I said to myself I will never be back. The dining room was very dirty. I had to clean my own table. The soda machine was dirty and out of soda, only had ice. The food was ok but the fries were cold. I used to love White Castle but I should have gone to Chick Fila, across the street.

I went to the drive thru at 02/14/2024 and was met with completely rude employee, it was a male and we asked for the number 7 and literally like 10 seconds later I said “hello” politely and the employee had a complete attitude and was talking to me as if I’m a child or I cannot hear correctly. I felt so embarrassed and terrible, I ended up just leaving and going to 5 Guys across the street.This comes after I came here late at night after a long shift and tried to get food, the lady at the drive thru got my order wrong and when I tried to tell her that it wasn’t my order, it was like I’m almost her enemy, she started throwing her hands up and saying “well you should’ve been more clear and told me before you accepted the food.” I asked for the manager because I felt like it wasn’t my fault and I asked for my order clearly and here comes out another order that wasn’t meant for me.. so now she tells me their isn’t a manager their because it’s late at night and the more we talked.. the more I was treated like a child that just got caught stealing.They aren’t kid friendly so don’t bring your family.I don’t recommend this place at all for anyone with kids or families or couples.. anyone in general. You will be met with hostile behavior and attitudes. You will feel so embarrassed like I have.. one of these days they will run into the wrong person.I will try and submit this complaint to some higher level of White Castle management.. I love White Castle. I live 2 minutes down the street from it. I would love to eat it a lot but compared to all of the restaurants here in knollwood/Hopkins they have the WORST customer service.

Our evening out was wonderful, the food was hot and tasty!! Plenty to chose from. And when we were through, the waitress told us someone else paid for our meal!! That brought tears to my eyes!!
