Bought an espresso blend from Kowlaski's in Woodbury, MN after intentionally seeking out a unique espresso bean to try. I LOVE how this roast turned out!!! I'm new to the whole espresso tasting world, but I really love how rich, dark, and chocolate-y it tastes. It took a few grind sizes to find a good taste I prefer (plus, knowing I bought the bag of beans a few weeks old means they will be a little denser to grind as they oxidize). I am thrilled with the creme and just all around had to give a shout out because this blend MUST be praised! Thank you! I also picked this bag because the branding was simple, down to earth, had a fun owl on the front, and legitimately felt homemade. Thank you for also making it easy to spot the roast date with the stamp on the front! I do not normally shop at Kowlaski's, but I have found they have a good selection of coffee from local roasters if my local coffee shop happens to be closed when in need a restock. Glad I went in for a trip!
