Ate here Sunday of Labor Day weekend. It was late afternoon so it wasn’t busy—less than a dozen other patrons.

The place is big—had lots of room, and has an outdoor/woodsy decor. It was clean; the restrooms were clean also. The music and TVs were at a low sound level which was great.

They had no hard ciders other than Angry Orchard, so I ordered a Moscow Mule. The waiter brought me a ginger beer. Just a ginger beer. I was a bit confused, but I just rolled with it and said it was fine.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no bun. I was never asked about what type of side I wanted, even though the menu says the burgers come with sides. Our food came pretty quickly (there were 6 of us in our group). When the waiter came back, I asked about my side, and he didn’t really have an explanation. A few minutes later another employee brought out a side of French fries, which was fine, but I would have preferred one of the other options.

All of the food we ordered was good and served warm.

When it was time to pay, the waiter came back and told us our totals we never saw the actual bills. This is always a little disconcerting to me.

Overall, it was a good—not great—experience. I don’t like to call out staff, but I think our waiter needed more training.

Nice small town bar. Food was pretty good. They did a good job when 17 of us walked in.

Wasn't very crowded but service was very poor and the food took forever and wasn't good. Hamburger was burnt. Gin and tonics were good as was the salad bar and soup. Won't go back.

The worst restaurant/bar experience I have ever had. We were served raw burgers and undercooked fries. The cook was drinking back at the grill and the bartender messed up our orders multiple times. We have heard good things about here in the past, but today was a disgrace.

Small town at its best.

We waited over an hour and fifteen minutes for onion rings and cheese curds, when we asked the young blond bartender got very rude telling us your not even local, my wife was telling her that she knew it wasn't her fault and that was met with that we were old and ugly,

I overheard a blonde bartender insulting customers in a very rude way calling them fatty and such because they were wondering when the food was coming, will not be coming back no one seemed to care or react I find that extremely disrespectful
