So so disappointed in the customer service. Whatever happened to making sure that the customer was happy with what they purchased. When I went up to the drive up window tonight and let the gal know that the soda taste like it was diet, Which I did not want, and she said I know what I gave you and we make it to ourselves. So disappointing

I love it there! My favorite place! Employees are very friendly and awesome, and always have smiles and peppy attitudes! Their strawberry shakes and hand breaded sliders are delicious! Never had a bad experience, and have been going here consistently a few times a week for 6 months.

Sat at the drive-through for five minutes getting pelted with rain in the face. Nobody came to the intercom when I drove by the window. There was two girls in there, just chatting it up. Nobody else in there will not be going back ever.

New A&W to the area. Very clean looking and good parking. The food is regular fast food burger but the root beer is great. Since it is so new I don't think they have any issues. The only reason why I gave them 4 and not 5 stars is because it's fast food. Not really a place you would go to if your looking for something fancy. But if your looking for fast food then this is your place for a few towns in each direction.

The food was fantastic!They were busy and a little short staffed but apologized for that, and we were fine. They were busy, sat outside, and enjoyed the day and still only waited 15 minutes for our food, and again apologized for the wait. They were terrific!

A group of 8 of us stopped and had dinner at this restaurant over 4th of July weekend. The service was fast, and the food was fresh. It's connected to a gas station and coffee shop, so if you're on a road trip like we were, it's a perfect stop!

Nothing beats an A&W root beer on tap! This location is relatively new. It keeps with the traditions of the A&W I grew up going to, except don't expect to order from your car and have a server come to your car.
