The Blue Heron used to be great. We went to the blue heron tonight were seated promptly, and never spoke to a server. one passed by a half dozen times and didn't bother to acknowledge us. I flagged down someone delivering food and asked if we could order drinks, he was flustered and tried to flag down the server who just blew by is for the seventh time. this was after being seated for over fifteen minutes. We opted to leave. Went to fiesta cancun and were served chips and salsa within two minutes of sitting, got our drinks in less than four minutes of walking through the door and food in front of us within ten minutes of arriving. We will probably not be back to the Blue Heron, but will make sure to share our experience with others.

I rarely go out to eat because usually the food is overpriced and disappointing. It’s been so long since I enjoyed a perfect burger I forgot how good they can be. I am not kidding, the dream burger is some kind of special.

Took a group at dinner time. Everyone was happy with the food, and the server was excellent.

The soup was good . The gyro was stacked high with garbage. I had to scrap it off. The wrap was dry. It felt old. The place was loud, and not too busy , the service was lousy.

Burger was awesome and the fries not so much! Full of oil and salty. The waitress was excellent at trying to make things right with the bad fries.

We overall had a great experience. The cheese curds were phenomenol. I could have ate three orders of those! My husband had the texas burger and we both thought it was great. I had the chimichanga and we both said it tasted "okay". Next time I'd choose something else on the menu. The meat (ground beef) was very seasoned yet not flavorful at the same time. The high chair for our toddler was great, some restaurants have outdated uncomfortable ones, but this one was modern and comfy. The service was fast and friendly. Would check it out again.

We have been here more than a dozen times since we are close by. We have regularly received marginal service. With the place only 1/3 full on a Friday night, we still weren't able to order food or even close out our tab because we didn't get any attention. We keep going back because we like to support local businesses and hope things will be different, but they're not.

Service started out excellent. After the dining area cleared, our server disappeared. We had to ask someone to find her after waiting forever to get our check (at least 20 minutes). I finally found her myself standing at the kitchen counter, visiting with other staff. ???
