I order fish. Although it was tasty it was a little over cooked.

Very nice cozy place. Met for a business lunch. Sat at bar and had a walleye sandwich and some thick tasty french fries . Wallye was deep fried with no option for grilled or pan fry. Would've given 5 stars if I could've got it grilled. Will ho back again!

This easily could have been a 5 star experience, but it wasn't. I arrived to pick up my to-go order 4 minutes early, and stood alone, prominently next to the 'wait to be seated' sign in the lobby for 11 minutes. I was ignored as no fewer than 5 staff pretended not to see me, as they walked past me, back and forth. When I was finally able to get the attention of one of them, a very pleasant young man promptly brought out my sandwich and tots. I went straight to my car, opened the box, and was extremely disappointed to find cold tots and club sandwich with room temperature mayo and deli meat. They made me feel like an inconvenience, then served me food that was honestly unpleasant to eat. I don't believe I'll waste my time nor money at an establishment with so little regard for paying customers.

We visited the Blue Heron during happy hour and had the best service from Brandon M! I suggest making a reservation if going during dinner time. We did not have one, but were still sat promptly and had a wonderful experience thanks to a great server.

Poor service, used to come here often but the service has definitely gone down hill. Either train your servers or hire experienced staff.
Been there many times and carry out, as well. I dint know why we keep trying it. The quality is very inconsistent. They admit they have young untrained inexperienced staff. They can't make a chicken breast without charging and drying it out.
Loved the ambiance

Love the new menu items. Spicy honey chicken bowl is awesome.

Sunny sliders and wild rice soup were very good. The soft garlic breadsticks were inedible. It tastes like they use a seed oil to coat it, and season with garlic powder. The chicken fettuccine gets a mixed review for nicely cooked and seasoned chicken tossed in an oily sauce. If you like a creamy alfredo, this isn't it. Granddaughter really liked the New Orleans pasta dish with the mix of peppers. I'd say four stars, except the two people who shared the chicken fettuccine felt sick afterward.

$45 for a very low quality steak.
Quesadilla bland, wings dry and fish slider over fried.
On a positive note,
Staff are friendly and we had excellent service. Too bad food is a disappointment.
