This location seldom "accepts" the online discount codes on the Subway app and now I notice a trend. Subways now has a $6.99 Sub of the day deal, this location has been out of the daily sub special the 3 times I have tried to order. This last Saturday at 12:30pm they were already out (Or never had) the steak to make the Philly steak sub. Last week at 6pmn they said they were out of the meatballs to make that sub of the day. They could just be out or do not want to sell you a sandwich fore $6.99??? Forest Lake has been getting my orders lately.

Normally I love this subway but 2 times now I haven't even got all of the veggies I have asked for on an online order. You ask for more onions or green pepper and you get less it seems like. Very frustrating. I would leave less stars but there is 1 or 2 of the workers that do a good job when there are working.

I needed to get a bunch of sandwiches cut up and packaged and marked because I was going to buy them for a group of people and the manager named Lauren was awesome she worked with me on this! And the staff seem very friendly and nice

The employees here never listen. I've even complained to corporate about them and nothing has changed. I've stopped going here despite the store being 3 blocks from house and drive the 15 minutes to the lino lakes subway instead. There's one employee whom I always run into and she is just an absolute space cadet. She stares out the window while mindless making my sandwich, almost always puts on the wrong cheese or starts making the wrong kind of sandwich because she forgets or wasn't listening, doesn't spread the veg the way she's supposed to and when I ask for just a little bit of sauce, she practically drowns my sandwich regardless of my request. She's even forgotten when one of our sandwiches was in the oven and mega over cooked it but still tried to give it to us. Like no, start over girl. There's never a manger around either which is really frustrating. The girls here are either moving at a snails pace or distracted with their own conversation. I get this isn't a dream job and I don't mind employees chatting while they work but come on, you could still try, you're making sandwiches, how hard is it? Put a little effort into your work and stop acting like it's so god awful to be there. I wish subway corporate would step in and just shut this one down already. It's just the worst.

This store is disappointing but it’s the closest to me. The blonde girl who wears it in a bun and younger and a little bigger. She is never friendly, no one greets you. And it’s very slow paced. When she puts the topping on they are piled all together and not spread out. After reading the other reviews I’m not wrong.

Clean atmosphere, lots of seating around, good sandwiches, and generous portions, but the staff isnt friendly/happy. They dont say hello when you walk in and I don’t think I ever saw any of them smile once but hey, I guess that what to expect when you work at a sandwich shop. They need some music in there to cheer those kids up.

Most Subways are quick. This location though was the slowest I've been tooThere were 4 employees scheduled, and only 1 employee actually helping Customers.The other 3 were just standing around.It was very frustrating especially when I was trying to get something to eat quickly.
