We sit down wait 15 minutes for the Server to show up and when she does tells us she will be right back as she has a big order to get out to a group. We said ok no problem. 15 more minutes roll on by and we see her taking someone else's order that arrived way after us. She then comes to our table puts 2 napkins down and keeps walking on by saying she will be right back...she then walks right by us another 6-8 times...we are approaching 45 minutes at this point and NO ONE has even bothered to take a drink order. No Manager in site at all. We will never go back to this poorly ran Applebee's as thier really is no excuse to completely ignore people and not even make a simple attempt to get even a little drink order...it was ONLY 2 of us.

Bartender says last thing she wants to do is be at work, instead be in bed with her cats. Well-go do that because outside of putting drinks in front your customer service skills are a zero at best.
Me to bartender: can I be Served? May I have a napkin? No drink coasters? No straw? No 2-minute roller, no water refill, never checked in once, not only me but no one! No busing plates for your customers. I felt even worst for the others at the bar spending much more than I did and not a second conversation. Maybe short staffed, not 100% sure.
P.S. manager was great but can't change the overall experience. This is no reflection on everyone else I saw working hard including the manager.

I have been doing the curbside pickup. Works great and food has come to car when they said it would. The bad is that the last two times seems people who are dining in park where we are suppose to park. Tonight it was full and one car had there handicap sign. Not restaurants fault people can't read. Frustrating though

Is there a zero option… only reason I am guessing they get service on Monday’s is because everything else is closed? 1. Had to ask for our silverware and waters, got an app but no plates? Never asked after we needed anything, needed ketchup and salt and pepper 2. My friend wanted just a grilled cheese and they have a grilled cheese hamburger so she asked for it without meat and the bartender looked like we were speaking a foreign language. … okay all this is fine BUT her sandwich was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. This is the best her soup was cold as well. The bartender didn’t apologize for it being cold, said she would go get a plate to re-heat it (um cross contamination, her soup had already been ate out of, so what about everything else that goes in there, what if she had some weird disease)… she literally just reheated it (still cold) and at that point we were done. I asked for to-go containers for my salad and she didn’t bring me a container for my dressing… sorry took your ramekin… better training for your staff 🤷🏼♀️
Chicken tenders. Nothing special. People with me had 2 for 25 chicken and shrimp. Very good. Our waitress was amazing. Celebrating a 12 birthday. Made her feel so special .

Laura our server was incredible. She was funny, attentive, and knowledgeable. Very impressed with this visit, she made me laugh when she was shocked at the age on my ID. 11/10 right there. Give this woman a raise because I will be back!!

My daughter’s kids meal was ice cold (chicken taco and fries). The mashed potatoes that came with my meal were inedible (they were somehow both sweet and sour) and the steak was way over seasoned. The waitress was great though.
